Alpha Lipoic Acid 600mg - ALA Supplement + Benfotiamine B1 & B12 - 120 Caps

I picked up this alpha lipoic acid because my legs had apparently decided they no longer wanted to participate in daily activities. Between the numbness, tingling, and random pain, walking around sometimes felt like I was controlling a character in a video game with a bad internet connection. After taking this consistently for several weeks, I started noticing improvements. The numbness became less frequent, the discomfort eased up, and my legs finally got the memo that they're supposed to work with the rest of my body. Now, I'm not claiming this stuff performs miracles or that it was forged by ancient wellness wizards, but the difference for me has been impressive. I can stay on my feet longer, move around more comfortably, and I spend a lot less time wondering if my legs are asleep while I'm standing up. The capsules are easy to take, the quality seems excellent, and I haven't experienced any issues with the product. My toes have been "tingrling" for the last 3 years, I have asked my dotor about them & no suggestions. My Chiropractor has provided much needed releif bu it was still a problem, mostly at night, I bought this product about a month ago & within days 4-5 days, it had reduced the painful sensation by 85-90%!! Amazing.

I purchased this product after reading it may help ease my siatic pain. It has not so far. However, since taking it, I have not had any restless leg issues which is a very good thing! After trying several things, it's the only thing that has relieved restless legs. I also have not had any problems with them causing stomach. I will definitely continue this taking this product.

I’ve been taking this for 1 months now. 600mg is exactly the dosage I was looking for. The capsule is easy to swallow and doesn't cause any reflux or aftertaste. I take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, and I feel a more stable level of energy throughout the day. Great price for the quality. I will definitely buy it again.

September 4, 2025 If you get acid reflux which I have take famotidine (Pepcid AC) and that will stop your heart burn. OMG, I’ve been taking Gabapentin 600mg 3/PD or 1800 mg now for over 10 years which seemed to help but never totally relieved the foot & leg nerve endings all these years. Even my PCP asked me if I’ve been able to reduce the amount of gabapentin intake which I have tried to eliminate the afternoon dose. So I tried & it didn’t seam to make a difference the first several days and after a week I noticed the burning and tingling getting worse & went back to the recommended dosage. I saw a commercial on TV about Nervive, checked out the price & dosage then decided to explore on Amazon to see if there might be a product that could possibly be equivalent to Nervive. I came across the Alpha liptic acid and read the reviews & it appeared to be a product I would be willing to try. I received this product on September 4th read the dosage requirements and started that day taking 2 capsules in the morning with food. I started feeling a little difference the morning of September 7th with the foot pain was reduced by 50%, from the tingling, burning & pain in the morning after getting up and especially at night after going to bed. Here it is the morning of September 10th and I am at least 80% than I was on September 4th when I started. Since September 4 I’ve reduced my dosage of Gabapentin to 300mg on my afternoon dose for the next three weeks with the goal of reducing it to 600mg/d by end of October. So if all works out I’ve put a note in my calendar to report on my progress at that time. Even though my gabapentin is free I’m willing to purchase a product that will help my feet feel better with 4 purchases of this product/ year. 11/3/25 update I had a jar of Manuka,honey from New Zeeland and for the last 2 weeks I’ve been using this honey about a half a tablespoon in the morning with breakfast. My feet are feeling even better now after 2 weeks but what I’ve read it should even be better after 30 to 45 days for it to really kick in so we will see. I’m going to my PCP Nov.25th, I’ll know better then and I’ll ask her if I can start lowering my gabapentin from the 1200 mgs to 900 mgs. My goal is to get totally off gabapentin entirely. One vitamin B-12 I’ve added to my medication list on 11/4/25 I did this because I was looking into neuropathy & B-12 was recommended so the last 2 weeks have been amazing. The numbness in both feet 👣 has been almost nil & the feet are not as cold as they were when I started the process. Nov/18/2025 after 79 days So here’s what my results are: Alpha lipoic acid 65% per year $120 Vitiman B-12. 25% per year $15 Manuka honey 10% per year $72 This combination is working for me & will continue even though my gabapentin is free it never made my feet feel like they do today. U-P-D-A-T-E——— 11/26/25 as promised I said I would get back after seeing my Dr. She was pleased to know that I reduced the gabapentin by 600 mg since my last visit. So on December 1st I’m going to reduce it another 300mg through December and if everything stays the same reduce it again in January 300 mg until I see her again in February. So with the formula I mentioned before I brought it down for you. Because honestly I have vertully have no numbness in my feet or legs anymore. 4/5/2026 update:as of Saturday 4/4/26 I took my last Gabapentin and I have to be honest here. My feet no longer bother me during the day at all, but sometimes my feet experience a slight warmth and tingling but not every day. This is better than the side effects of using Gabapentin of any amount daily and to be off this medication makes me feel better and my PCP agreed. So all you can do is give it a try because all those adds out there that claim like Nerve/Safe that Amazon sells doesn’t work. I hope this helps, there will be no more updates.
