adidas Performance Men's Slingshot TR M Running Shoe

I'm a heavy set guy that likes going on hikes and recently started going to the gym. These shoes are perfect for both. They're nice and cushioned and grip really good on the trails. I have wide feet but when I buy wide shoes they're too big. My foot feels like it's swimming in wide shoes. I read a review on here and this person had the same problem but said that these shoes fit him perfect. So I went ahead and bought myself a pair and I don't regret it. I am glad the review was accurate.

These are actually a really good workout shoe and highl recommend it for anyone who is looking for a comfortable shoe.Let start by adding that at time I have issues regarding athletic shoe because most come in the standard D med. Fit....as this one did.- My foot is a little on the wider end but when I purchased wide footing, most of time they felt uncomfortable because they were too wide.These adidas actually had the right width...will be purchasing another pair.

Opened up the box, they were as expected, more orange than red, light, nice tread, fit a little tight but when I put on the left shoe and adjusted the lacing the top right loop ripped out. Ripped. Broken, before I could even tie the laces. The loops that hold the lacing are not free floating. They come up out of the adidas band (the three stripes) then they are stitched into the the upper of the shoe, creating a perfectly perforated line right along the area that would carry the highest amount of stress from the lacing. That is where and why the leather loop tore. I like the shoe, would buy it if it wasn't for this serious design flaw. Sad and a waste of my time though happy this happened early on, it certainly would have happened later.

I have wide feet and sometimes buying shoes that I really want in wide or 4e just can't happen. In cases like this, I just have to hope for the best. When these shoes arrived, I immediately fell in love with them. They were a touch narrow but nothing that I cant adjust for with the laces. The arch was also comfortable. It was not too high or too low. My favorite thing about these shoes is the tread and the wide pattern across the bottom. It is a little hard to tell from the pictures but the tread kind of tilts out at the edges and gives great traction on the inside and outside of the shoes. These shoes are great for things like crossfit, lifting, and trail hiking.I have always trusted Adidas brand in giving great quality products to its customers. These shoes are very well built and very comfortable. The triple bars Adidas logo is present on the sides even though it was done in a very subtle way. The shoes have nice padding all the way around the inside of the shoe and especially in the heal. I am very happy with this purchase. I do wish i could get these in a wide but these fit wide enough.I did not receive any discount, products or compensation for my review of these shoes. They are comfortable to wear, great looking, and quality made. Love to shout about great products.

at a glance, a very nice shoe. The flouro orange is a bit strange. the shoe is comfy when you first put them on and they're well cushioned for a running shoe. The arch support is lacking for what I'm used to for a runner, or trailrunner. Start walking around and the lack of heal support is very apparent. the only way to get them from feeling like you're raising the heal out of the shoe when you walk is to tie them TIGHTLY. The foam that boarders the tounge is pulling out and visible. I've glued them to fix it. Construction for this shoe is incredibly poor. I've always had success with Adidas and these are BY FAR, the worst constructed runner I've ever bought.The fact these are considered a trail runner is amusing. I'm not returning them. I've removed the wafer thin, soft foam sold from inside the shoe and put in a heat moldable insole which has obviously improved the arch support and slightly improved the heal support issue.I should have bought the asics runner on sale.

These sneakers are awesome. They look cool and are quite comfy. I can feel the support and cushion while walking. I haven't ran in them yet but I plan to in the future. The only gripe I have is that they run a tad small. I wear a size 9 normally, however, these are a bit tight on the pinky toes. I would recommend ordering a half size bigger if possible. I hope they stretch over time. I will say that they aren't horrible to wear being tight but I would prefer more room.

So, I bought it in size 8 which is what I typically wear. I put them on and they fit nicely, however, my right foot is slightly wider then my left foot and I ended up with a blister on my right foot. Now it could be that after breaking them in they would loosen up a little but I decided to return them as I was unable to use them until the blister healed as it was painful. I opted to get a different adidas pair and got them in 8.5 which ended up fitting much better and no blister issue!!So, if you get these I would say get them half a size bigger!Nice build quality, look good.

This is my third purchase of an adidas Performance Men's Slingshot shoe adidas Performance Men's Slingshot TR M Running Shoe,Navy, Black, Gold, 7.5 M US. With my foot size I have difficulty finding shoes to fit. Both pairs of the adidas shoes have fit well and are very comfortable as well as attractive (I have 3 different colors). I didn't realize how cramped my toes were in many of the shoes that I had until I started to have some problems and until I started wearing these Adidas shoes. I haven't had these shoes very long, but I anticipate that they will continue to provide me comfort which I have not had in my previous shoes which were too narrow. This all began when I followed the recommendation provided by the comparison of my shoes with the Adidas shoes. You will find this with many off the shoes offer by Amazon. With my experience, I would say if in doubt give it a try.
