Very effective & great value for the money. It does what b-complex supposed to do. The suggested use is taking two pills a day ( one in the morning & one around dinner time) taking two pills instead of one super loaded pill , suits the body better.Your body does not like heavy loads of anything & it could be harsh on your stomach, liver or kidneys. Not to mention, you need b vitamins in your system in the morning as well as at night .So, one pill in the morning & one at night is best to achieve what you want b- complex to help you achieve, in the first place. Plus, if it was just one pill a day, it would have been bigger which is not good for those who find big pills hard to swallow. Two or even three pills are always better for your body.I sometimes do not take two pills a day. It depends on my diet ( more red meat, certain veggies or certain types of sea food are loaded with b vitamins) & how active i feel or how relaxed / not stressed out i am. However, i do take two a day most days of the week.

High quality b12 that is methlycobolmin and all the great mushroom and supplements for mental health and then some. Such a nice supplement for the value I would definitely suggest to everyone and repurchase.
