My skin absolutely loves this stuff! I toss a scoop in my first cup of coffee in the morning. It dissolves fast, but I use a little coffee frother to beat out any lumps. I take my coffee black and the product doesn't add flavor, but it does add a very slight thickness and silkiness almost as if I had added half and half. I'm "pushing 60," and I swear it feels like my skin is aging in reverse. My skin hasn't felt this smooth and resilient in a very long time. Totally worth it! If I could give it 100 stars, I would.

As far as skin improvement i’m not sure if i’ve noticed a difference. i do feel like my skin looks well but Ive been incorporating a couple of things into my routine. but i do like the idea of taking collagen. As far as joint health and pain relief, I do feel like i’ve experienced less joint pain and stiffness. And u do have to mix it in something warm or hot. it doesn’t mix in something cold. it clumps up. and i put it in my oatmeal or coffee and it doesn’t effect the taste. i haven’t tried it by itself. (with the coffee i would buy a little bit of water in a glass, microwave it so it’s warm, add collagen and mix and then add my syrup, creamer and iced coffee I bought a yellow version of this and i got 7-8 uses rather than 14. So when i bought this one i decided to measure it before using it so id know off the rip if i was being shorted. Which i wasn't! it measure to contain 343 grams. 4 grams extra! and this go around i weighed out each portion to be more accurate rather than tbsp, so 21g each time and i tracked with tally marks so id know how much i used it. and i got 14 servings out of this with an extra 9 grams left over!

I have used Vital Proteins daily since 2021, after recovering from a serious shattered ankle injury. It helps extremely for joint pain and stiffness in that ankle. I have only gone without VP a few times since for short periods for reasons like being on antibiotics having Dr's orders to discontinue supplements during that time. Within days of stopping VP the pain and stiffness will come back and once back on my VP routine within days the pain and stiffness will lighten back up to almost gone again. I totally believe in this product. It not only helps with my ankle but my hair and nails won't stop growing. I started with mid-back length hair and quickly within the first year of taking this daily my hair had grown (and I have kept it) to past my tailbone. I trim 4ish inches off every 6 months or so and it quickly grows right back, happy and healthy. I didn't have wrinkles when I started taking VP at the age of 50 and I still don't at 53. A year or so ago VP had discontinued my favorite, their Morning Get Up and Glow (that I took daily faithfully along with their Blue container of Advanced Collagen peptides) and I have been struggling to find a replacement since. This one, their Skin Complex, has a few of the same ingredients I loved about mine that was discontinued. I'm only thru half of my first container so far (daily mixing it with the Blue Advanced Collagen Peptides). I know that it's doing something because my hair has become oily in the last 2 wks after many years of it being dry. Oily hair was not an issue with the Morning Get Up and Glow. I will continue to use this for another container or 2 to see if I notice anything else other than oily hair. If no obvious pro's turn up, I will continue on my journey to find something more comparable to my Morning Get Up and Glow that I just loved.

This actually didn’t work all that great for me. I’ve had much better success with the hair complex. I decided to add this to my regimen because of that success. It has done wonders for my hair and I’ve and I’ve seen an excellent improvement with my skin as well. So I thought adding the skin complex would bring my results to the moon. I noticed that once I added skin complex to my regimen, my skin started purging. I started to get a lot of below the surface bumps. I did notice a clarity in my skin tone, but I don’t feel like the bumps were worth it. I’m sticking to the hair complex because it works great for my skin too.

I added Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides to my morning routine and wow — skin feels softer, hair looks healthier, and my nails finally stopped breaking every other week. Easy to mix, no weird taste, and it makes hydration feel fancy. Total win! 💁‍♀️☕💕
