Based on the ingredients, does it have a fishy taste?

Yes it does, I found the taste really disgusting - a cloying, lemony, fishy taste, it made me gag. I’ve taken a lot of supplements as well as various collagen supplements and have never come across one that I had to hold my nose in order to be able to swallow it. I kept going with them as they’re expensive and thought I would get used to the flavour but no, after 10 sachets I had to give up as the taste made me feel so bad. Maybe they’re like the Marmite of the collagen world; you either love them or hate them! Sorry but I would not recommend you buy these. I use Collagen Gold now, much more pleasant taste and texture.

yes this collagen is good for joins and bones. The most effective way of using collagen is in liquid rather that tablet form but you will not notice any real benefits until after about two months. That is worth remembering, because this is not a quick fix, it does take time but the benefits are worth it
