Exactly what I was looking for

I bought these thinking they would be okay for occasional use. But the quality is actually excellent, they’re well built and easy to use. The quality is higher than some very expensive tongs I’ve used before. They’re a good size, and easy to use. The handles are textured for easy grip, and they clean well in the dishwasher with no rust or discolouring. I’ve even been using them on the bbq due to the long handle and good grip!

I bought these 30.5 cm stainless steel cooking tongs because I wanted something more precise than normal spring-loaded kitchen tongs. The tweezer-style design gives good control, especially when turning or moving smaller pieces of food. They are useful for BBQ, pan cooking, serving, and moving food around carefully without grabbing too aggressively. I also like that they are narrow at the tips, because it makes them better for accurate placement compared with wider tongs. The main thing to understand is that these are not the same as heavy-duty BBQ tongs. They are better for precision than brute force. I would not choose them as my only tool for lifting very large steaks or heavier joints of meat, but for smaller items and controlled cooking they work very well. Overall, I’m happy with them. They are simple, useful, easy to clean, and good if you want more accurate control when cooking.
