GREAT PURCHASE! Granted, it’s not a porcelin, but this a Great quality shampoo bowl and chair for the price. Its not bulky at all, had little details that are wonderful and I wish the cubby was had a little more depth to hold larger bottles but it is a great feature! If you are looking for a great shampoo unit, this is it! So glad to have found it.

I like how wide the shampoo bowl is. I don't like how low the chair and bowl are. I'm 5'7 and I really have to bend over and it hurts my back. I may be raising the whole system and putting it on a platform.

This shampoo bowl work so good my clients love it and is was really easy to assemble it’s a must buy

Muy cómodo y espacioso, fácil de armar pero si toma bastante espacio en la habitación, vean bien las medidas! Y la conexión para el agua si fue un poco difícil!

Ugh,,,,, whoever designed this shampoo bowl had no business doing so. We bought this because we thought it would be good fit for my salon studio. But this gave us nothing but problems. The piping was junk. We had to buy other piping to replace the ones it came with . The chair is very low to the ground which gave us additional problems with wall plumbing. We had to buy additional equipment to set the seat/ bowl on top of in order to use the bowl. Let’s say lots of super glue was used, a saw, additional pipes etc.

the chairs are nice. had to anchor base to floor, a little top heavy. The worst thing is the absolute cheap cheap drain on the sink. it is just a hose and the cheap cheap plastic connection leaks no matter how you tighten it. Unfortunately, you cannot replumb with standard American plumbing fittings because they do not fit either. we have to have bowl under the sink to catch water and empty daily.
