RECOACTIV Kidney Tonic for cats, 3 x 90 ml, dietary food supplement for recovery from early signs of renal dysfunction in cats, and for prevention

My old girl Lily actually likes it! It has been a quest to find a supplement Lily will take. As we cat owners know they are incredibly fussy & unlike dogs are choosy. Lily has kidney disease -she is almost 18, human equivalent to an 88 Yr old so its hardly surprising she is ailing with something. She refuses all renal dietary products, probably because they lack the protein she enjoys but that is now bad for her. The tonic appears to be aiding her health. She now has an appetite & hasn't lost anymore weight & her breath smells less (unfortunately a side effect of the disease). It isn't cheap but I've spent so much money on other products she doesn't like & then had to throw them away its worth it. She is worth it.

We have bought this several times, before doing a review. We had been buying this several times and saw our oldest cat, having a healthy appetite... We stopped, because we thought she didn't need it(and it being pricey) well, she's stopped eating and she's loosing weight, so we have purchased it again. Looks like she's on this for life, but if it works, it works. Cheaper than having to take her to the vets all time. (Which has been just a week ago, her last visit) Much easier, than giving her tablets, which is very upsetting for her and us.

My cat has various medical issues now and Recoactiv has certainly encouraged my aging cat to eat more as he has recently lost a lot of weight.

It seems to have helped as I thought my Elderly Cats were / might have been having problems. Hard to say for me because I’m housebound now and unable to take them to a vet but they’re OK now so … had to take a star off the rating bcos these RECOACTIV products were really expensive before but now have gone thru the roof ! I know you can’t put a price on something that’s going to help your Cat but sometimes they take the p••s ! Prob becos they can 😩

My cat loves this - helps increase her appetite which she has lost due to her having stage 2 kidney disease. I pour a little over her dry and wet kidney food which helps her eat it.

Cat wouldn't touch it

Our elderly cat was very unwell, off his food, subdued & unusually quiet. The vet diagnosed stage 2 kidney problems & advised a change to vet prescription renal support food. The main problem for us was that he didn't want to eat ANYTHING let alone a new food!! We found this on Amazon & bought the 3 bottle pack not really expecting much but hoping for the best. It was like a miracle, he lapped up the first dose, the first "food" he was interested in for almost 3 days. After that we introduced the new food & poured the Revoactive on top. He ate the lot!!! Such a relief. He's now (5 days later) almost back to normal. We are very grateful. It seemed expensive (at the time of ordering) but was well worth it. He loves the taste, it was extremely effective & thoroughly recommended if you have similar issues with your cat. We have used two of the bottles. The third is unopened in the fridge in case he has a relapse but 🤞🤞🤞 thank you Revoactive.

Its a life saving product, but it is dear. My ragdoll X, had kidney failure, pancreatitis followed. He was on IV fluids and anti nausea meds at a clinic for 3 days. I brought him home and even on prescribed appetite stimulant, he wasn't eating much. He looked weak and lethargic. I gave him this tonic, I swear his eyes sparkled. He is normally quite fussy, but gosh he loves the taste of that, and he started eating and drinking within hours of first application. As a ragdoll X he is a larger cat, so I need to give him 1 bottle a day (there are 3 bottles in the pack) hence not cheap. But the results are undeniable.

Mein Kater ist Nieren krank und wollte überhaupt nicht mehr essen. Ich hab meine Hoffnung sehr auf dieses Tonikum gesetzt und ausprobiert. Leider wollte mein Kater das überhaupt nicht selber essen deswegen muss ich es ihm mit einer Kanüle verabreichen. Ich gebe ihm täglich nur 3-4 ml. Gleich am nächsten Tag ging er wieder zum Napf und hat gegessen. Es war wie ein Wunder und ich war Mega happy. Seit über einer Woche frisst er wieder mehr und trinkt sehr viel. Das Tonikum wirkt super! Leider hält es nur maximal 10 Tage im Kühlschrank (laut Etikett soll man es bisdahin leer gemacht haben), ich hab den Tipp bekommen es in Eiswürfelformen in kleine Portionen einzufrieren. Es ist zwar nicht günstig aber es hilft total und meinem Kater geht es Stück für Stück besser!

Il mio gatto con insufficienza renale già mangia poco in inverno, ma in estate diventa assolutamente inappetente! Grazie a questo tonico ha iniziato a mangiare un po' di più ed è diventato più attivo, ho già ordinato una nuova confezione, anche se purtroppo è un po' caro. Una volta aperto va conservato in frigorifero per massimo 10 giorni, ma a me è durato circa 5 giorni quindi nessun rischio di farlo andare a male. Per rispondere a una ragazza che nelle recensioni (non c'è modo di rispondere direttamente purtroppo) chiedeva se fosse normale un odore forte o sgradevole: io non ho notato forti adori e per il mio gatto è risultato assolutamente appetibile, nonostante ultimamente sia molto schizzinoso.
