Perfect for French crepes/Russian blini!
After researching for a crepe pan, I eventually decided to purchase this Valira crepe pan - and I am so glad I did! The pan is the perfect size/diameter, weight, and quality for crepes. The non-stick surface makes perfect lightly golden crepes/blini. It's a joy to use! That's a huge statement from someone like me (complete amateur when it comes to cooking)! Also, the pan is made in Spain (not China) and is well-priced ($55 when I purchased). I will definitely consider other Valira products for future purchases!

When you really want paella but can't cook outside
I love to cook paella with my large pan and propane-fired stand, but I live in Michigan, so I can't do that in the winter. This allows me to make a paella in the winter or inclement weather. The only downside is that it's too small for company, but that's really a function of the size of the stovetop.

Amazing durable pan
I love the Valira Wok. One of my favorite cooking pans and I have many. It is my go to pan. I have used it constantly and it is still in perfect condition. The non stick has not faded or peeled off. I don't stir fry often, but I love making grain bowls and the non stick is perfect. Every kitchen should have a great all purpose non stick. I highly recommend the Valira Wok.

Funciona perfectamente
Una muy buena opción para hacer creps. Como todas las sartenes de la linea Aire (tengo varias) su antiadherencia es formidable y además no tiene productos tóxicos que puedan pasar a los alimentos. Al tener el borde/perfil tan bajo, se mete fácilmente la espátula para dar la vuelta al crep.recomendable.

No distribuye el calor 100%
La he cambiado por otra que se llama alza, recomendada por balay, la valira no repartía el calor al 100%, por lo menos en mi cocina, sin embrago con la marca alza y la misma dimensión va perfecta, un saludo.
