A very nice low coconut milk option for various Asian cuisines. Certainly not as rich or complex as true coconut milk, but a great low calorie option that surprised us in cooking!

I wanted to use this in my coffee as a dairy free alternative to milk, but it separated and got kind of chunky and weird when it hit my coffee so I’m not really sure what else that you can do with it but definitely don’t use it for coffee

My first time buying this brand I like that it is all natural organic and convenient in the small containers and it tastes good.
