Great feel,balance and maneuverability, fit and finish, sharp, beautiful twist Damascus pattern. Good quality blade.

It was a lot sturdier then I expected. We have guns, tanks, and nukes now so im not going to comment on how i think it will do in battle. Looks- While sheathed the white and red look beautiful. The golden dragon on the handle really pops out. It doesn’t affect how it feels while holding and swinging it. So intruders will fear my dragon style swordsmanship. The red blade is a little darker then I expected so from a distance it looks black unless it is in direct light then you will be able to tell. but still looks really good. Durability and sharpness- for this price, you really cant get better. It feels really solid, no wiggling nothing. It arrives sharp so be careful around other people or animals. You can go out and cut fruit, sticks, and all that stuff. Really good practice sword for a great price!

The sword is as advertised. I was septical. A high-carbon, differentially heat-treated blade—and with just ONE bevel (or sharp edge)! Too often, there is the real bevel, and then a steel ground micro bevel on the very edge, destroying its ability to cut through material (as the edge bevel has angles too obtuse to be any good) effectively. This has just the one very acute bevel, or sharp edge. Caveat: Okay, I’m impressed. And that takes a lot. But there are two things: • The edge is not razor sharp. It is very sharp, though. So do be careful. • The sword is 3.6 lbs. One might say it’s chunky, needs a diet. A true battle-worthy katana would weigh about 1.5 lbs.This sword cannot be wielded nearly as well as a lighter sword. But, I’m not going into battle with it, so it’s a small complaint. I like things like this to be CAPABLE of battle—albeit forever prohibited from ever thusly engaging. Unless, of course, to me rise the occasion—home invasion or something. Maybe scare them before I get shot. LOL “I never draw it, except it taste no blood.” May it rest on its rack on my wall… forever. Oh yeah—IT’S TOTALLY WICKED!!!

Very well made hand crafted katana. It’s has good balance making it very functional. The love the detail and weight of the blade. Fits perfectly in my grip and makes for a nice wall display, however it would be very effective in a battle situation. Can’t wait to get others for my collection!

This sword is beautiful. The detail is great and the sword feels very even in weight and easy to swing. It not super sharp out of the box but it can still cut you and other things so be careful. The color just looks so good in person. It does come oiled out of the box. I definitely recommend buying this sword!

A beautiful sword with red on the blade looks like Canadian themed sword just needed a maple leaf Suba. The only down side is the red rubs off the blade when properly cleaned and oiled.
