High protein and no sugar and tastes good.

Always a good product

I don't have anything good to say about this product. I was recently diagnosed with diabetes and searching for a low carb/low sugar option I could combine with a couple scoops of basic oatmeal. I bought the apple cinnamon flavor and it doesn't taste anything close to apple or cinnamon; just a weird unidentifiable chemically flavor. You can't even call this oatmeal; it's a packet of powder that doesn't completely dissolve and leaves mushy lumps. And somehow no matter how careful I am I always end up getting some of it either on my clothes or the countertop. I won't buy again

I am a bariatric patient who needs to makes sure that every bite counts when it comes to nutrition. This oatmeal is loaded with good stuff... especially protein. It tastes excellent and on those really frosty mornings, it can move right into that category of "comfort food." (except, this is comfort food with NO quilt!!) I highly recommend this oatmeal for both lap band and bypass patients. It is a great breakfast and gets the day started off right with a nice punch of protein. The flavor is wonderful and it smells great coming out of the microwave. The ONLY reason it didn't get five stars has to do with the texture. Because they've added so much nutritious stuff, it is obvious that I'm not eating "real" oatmeal. It's a lot smoother than real oatmeal. If I had to guess why, it would be because they used some sort of protein powder to boost those grams of protein. The texture is not off-putting, but it IS different that a lumpy oatmeal. And one last thing... you don't have to be a bariatric patient to enjoy this cereal. Anyone who wants a warm, wonderful breakfast that is loaded with nutrients should consider giving this a try!

I have tried two different low carb oatmeal now, this brand is just as poor as the competitor. I do not know why the texture and flavor is like watered down dough. Horrible texture, like watered down cinnamon, flour and water, does not taste at all like oatmeal. Very disappointed will go back to normal oatmeal and eat less of it to accomplish low/no carb.

I think the oats were over processed. I like bigger pieces of oats. The taste was good and the protein a plus.
