how high is the top step please?. Looking for one at least 70cm.Thanks

The platform height for this model is 62cm, the next size step has a platform height of 84cm

What is the total weight and what is the measurement from to step to guard rail.?

If you are asking about what is the rated maximum weight this stepladder will accept, it is 150Kgs. The physical weight I don't know off hand, but it is very light and beautifully made and sturdy The measurement from the top step to the guard rails you call it, is about 70 cm. The plastic top rail has a moulded "tool tray" which is extremely handy for placing bits and bobs in it, as well as tools on it. Overall, I would have no hesitation in recommending this step ladder for home use. It isn't cheap, by comparison with some other stepladders, but this leaves the rest behind and is a quality product along the lines of traditional "fatherland" manufacture! Hope this helps. IP
