It is actually quite comfortable. I wrap my hair in a bun and place the cap on. Make sure to squeeze as much air out as possible. This kept my bun dry but my bangs and edges around my head got wet. I would purchase again simply because it fits where no other "regular size" cap will do the job and this one did better than any other cap I have tried in the past...although I have only tried regular silicone caps that hurt to put on and take off. This cap is snug but didn't pull my hair or squeeze my head.
