Update: I purchased this trimmer in 2025 and have been using it about three to four times a week. Unfortunately, I lost the facial shaving head attachment recently. I emailed the company to ask whether I could purchase a replacement head, but instead, they kindly sent me a completely new trimmer set for free. I was indeed surprised and impressed with their customer service. They responded almost instantly and made the replacement process very easy!!! I’ve been using this trimmer for a while and honestly really like it. The blades are sharp enough to give a close shave, but they don’t leave my skin feeling irritated or burning like regular razors usually do. It’s quick, easy to use, and the battery lasts a good amount of time. Definitely one of my best purchases!

Superb product. It is well made and easy to use. I’ve had mine for over a year and it works as well as it did on day one. Customer support is great. I highly recommend this trimmer.

Overall it's great. Rechargeable is a nice feature and I love the attachments and color options. It feels like good quality metal. I think the waterproof claim is a bit of a stretch because it made me think I could just keep it in the shower. The first one I bought WAS kept in the shower but the metal rusted after a few months and I had to toss it. So maybe it's waterproof for cleaning only. But I liked the trimmer so much I bought it again and haven't had any issues since (I no longer keep it in the shower.)

This thing is absolutely amazing. I have very coarse hair in my bikini region and struggle with ingrown hairs like there’s no tomorrow. This thing, specifically the round head, gives me an incredibly close shave, there is no skin pulling or tearing, the first time I used it, I tried it on my arm, didn’t feel anything, thought it wasn’t working, only to realize that my arm was totally shaved and I just hadn’t felt a thing. It gets in books and crannies with relative ease. Shaving the bikini region is never entirely smooth sailing but this thing makes it as smooth as it possible can be….pun intended.

The shaver head seems to cut too close and actually cuts the skin. The trimmer was fine.

04.2026 UPDATE: I located a business card in my original box, and e-mailed the support contact noted. I noted the issue with charging, and included my original purchase info. A new device was sent, no questions asked. The base is different and I think a great improvement. This change, and not being asked any questions, leads me to believe that my issue was not isolated. I am updating my review back to 5 stars. 03.2026 UPDATE: I have had this device less than a year. It continues to work seamlessly. The issue is revolves around charging it. For the past three weeks,, it takes me about 10 minutes to get the charging process to work correctly. I do not know if it is the issue is with the handset or the actual charging base. In the near future, I will not be able to charge the device, rendering it useless. The last 2 photos show how I have to prop the charger up in a particular position, once ai finally get it to start charging. The company cannot be reached. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I paid for this item with my own coins, and am receiving zero incentive to do so. After tossing many of these into my cart for comparison, I finally decided upon this one. I admit that one color of this brand was on a lightning deal, and the price was very attractive. Albeit, I wanted white and that quickly became a moot point. I was most interested in the facial blade, but for use in my bikini area. I currently own a man’s electric razor that is designed for use in the lower region, but it does not have this attachment. I wanted something that would mimic, or come close to the smoothness and softness of a baby’s bum. I ripped this out of the box and immediately did my face, legs and bikini area. I was shocked! Not a single pinch, nor nick…just a smooth and very close shave. As a matter of fact, I could barely even feel the head made for the face, on any area. Note, I do not have extremely thick or coarse hair. The device itself fits very nicely in my hand and is very light weight. It also comes with 2 pieces that I believe are more so geared towards hair cutting and shape ups. Of course, I cannot speak to the longevity of the product itself. I did not see any warranty info in the box to register it, but customer service info is included. I highly recommend.

Broke within three months of purchasing. Would randomly turn on and off. I think the button got jammed which randomly made it turn on and wouldn’t turn back on when I actually needed it even when clicking the button . Nice razor otherwise for the price but I would invest in a nicer razor for long term use.

I got this primarily for the bikini area and the rest of my body with the intention of using a straight razor for my face. I’m non-binary trans and am in the process of transitioning to be more female presenting while being myself born male. I’ve been shaving everything with a straight razor and while that is effective I’d rather go for something a lot easier to do. This electric razor is absurdly good. My body is about as smooth as if I had a used a traditional multi blade razor. I decided to try this on my face and while it let some stubble under my chin I’m happy to say that my lips are very very smooth. This little razor is more than worth your time and money. One charge shaved my entire body. For men, the most burly of women, and anyone in between, I highly recommend using the main shave head to get as close a shave as you can (for some people the main shave is all you need), then use the smaller circular shaving head to smooth out the finer details. Enjoy buying the last electric razor you will ever need.
