Really love this design
I just installed this in my new build. It fits great in the Phantek NV7 case. I had to undo the hoses from the brackets so that they would fit next to the hump on the NV7, but I think it looks awesome and I love how the hoses aren't blocking the fans or RAM. It's performing very well with the 7800x3d. I'm usually around 50C at idle, 60C-65C while gaming, and 70C-75C during cinebench runs. The only problem I have with this is that the pump is pretty loud at high rpms, but this is expected with most AIOs, especially because this pump reaches 3400rpm. I usually just keep the pump at its lowest setting (2000rpm) and at that speed it is pretty silent and still keeps the CPU cool. Also, for those who are wondering it is easy to take off the stock RGB fans and replace them with SL infinity fans.

Bad fans in at least this model. Really disappointed.
Very disappointed with this AIO. Love the looks and the screen however I did have some difficulties installing however the biggest reason I am only giving it one star is the fans keep failing. The first fan I had was causing noise and I swapped out a replacement fan all worked good briefly then the main RGB controlling fan went bad causing the fan illumination to flicker like crazy. Got another replacement fan from Lian Li. Lastly tonight the third fan (that I had not replaced) has now started stopping and starting and making a terrible noise (similar to the first fan). Always was led to believe that Lian Li was of the best quality however I purchased this in June 2024 and now have had all 3 fans fail and I have lost all faith in the quality of this product. I would highly recommend to stay away at least from this model (and If I want to purchase the Uni Fan TL fans (3 pack) it comes out to be $164.98 from Amazon almost as much as the complete AIO cooler (I paid $199 for this cooler). I am going to contact Lian Li and hope they will do something else to satisfy me however they are closed for a holiday (as of 1st Feb and they do not return until the 3rd). Really disappointed as I thought this was a great product until the fans repeatedly failed. Buy at your own risk.

Great cooling, low noise, easy to install, but buggy software
I have the 360 TL model, it is awesome. I did a few benchmarks and each time at 100% utilization my 9800X3D maxed at 67 C. While I don't have a way to measure decibels, I can confidently say that it really wasn't that loud. I wouldn't mind if it were louder because I game with headphones. I have my rig on my desk as well. The case I have is the O11 Vision Compact. I have the AIO at the top as an exhaust vs an intake as I've seen some do. I think this is another factor as to why my CPU doesn't go over 67 C. It's configured as a chimney. I would recommend not attempting to change the configuration of the AIO out of the box. The configuration OOTB of minimizing the visibility of tubing and cables is what this product was designed for. While it was designed to be configurable it's not at it's best if changed from the OOTB configuration. I made the mistake of trying to see what it looked like. This lead to frustration when switching the configuration and time lost since I ended up using the OOTB configuration. Pros: easy install, low noise at full load, and keeps my CPU cool. Con: 1) with the OOTB configuration there's a barcode sticker that is visible from the front of your case if you have a case that has the components visible from the front. I would think this could have been placed on the opposite side of the radiator. I removed it easily and stuck it to the box. 2) the L Connect software is buggy as hell. At times works fine, but other times it stops detecting my GPU or stops the options I've selected for the LCD. I've updated to the latest firmware for the controller and LCD and the L Connect software, but this still persists. Other than these annoying, but minor cons this product is highly recommended.

So far so good
I have this in the my Evo XL case and looks good and performs really well. I removed my open loop (I keep swapping parts and moving stuff and it was more work than it was worth) and replaced the cpu cooler with this. on my 7950x3d I went from 73c at 100% stress test on my open loop to 78c with this cooler... that's pretty darn good for an AIO. For reference I was use a x2 420mm rads in my open loop. I'm also using 140mm Lian Li Uni TL reverse fans on the side and bottom. Update I know some people complained of failures after a couple of months, but mine is still working fine after 3 months. No failed fans, no crazy pump whine. I do run my pump at about 50% or 2100 rpm instead of 100% though (unless the temp spikes over 80c). I've never had it over heat even during stress test at this setting, so I'd recommend playing with the pump speeds and not running at 100% all the time. It isn't necessary and just adds extra wear.

Looks great, but buggy.
Aesthetically, it's great. But functionally, I would not recommend. When my computer powers up from sleep, the lcd screen becomes pixelated and interferes with my monitor brightness/contrast. So, I'll have to re-start. And the L-connect 3 app is buggy. Not worth it for the price. There are better and cheaper options out there.

Great CPU Cooler
This CPU cooler amazing!!! I use this AIO to cool an i7 14700k and I have to say it does a great job at it. I mostly game and while playing games like Apex Legends, Overwatch, Horizon Forbidden West, and Ghost of Tsushima I only see the temperature go to 71 degrees Celsius max. I don’t care much if the fans get loud while gaming since I have my headphones on. While casually browsing the internet tho it doesn’t make that much noise which is good. Installation is super easy especially if you already have multiple TL fans with a hub. AIO cables are almost non existent which is great since it doesn’t block my LCD fans. I love the way it looks plus the minimal RGB around the screen makes it look cleaner.

Hydroshift TL - Update
I wanted to take a chance on this after reading multiple poor reviews for two reasons: I LOVE the tube routing along the side not dangling in the case, and two, wanting to stay in the Lian Li ecosystem. First attempt: received last item I needed to finish first dream PC build and it has been previously used. How do I know? There is no protective covering over copper cold plate and you can still see the outline of the former processor it was sitting on. Not a great start, but will attempt getting a new unit since that’s what I paid for. Didn’t pay for a used unit, paid full price for a “new” unit. *Update: Received replacement and got a new unit. Packaged well, easy to install. Remember - fans come pre-installed, but you still have to remove them to take the protective stickers off of the mirrors. Thanks Robeytech, who has a great beginners video on proper installation. Unit does an average job of cooling…I’m sure there are units that cool a bit better, but I really wanted the look. Quality build with low noise. Recommend!

Fan failing, radiator too tall, and bad software.
Its been only 3 months since I got the AIO and I was doing some normal gaming until I felt my desk shake a little bit. turns out one of the fans (the first one in the daisy chain) has pretty much stopped working and will try to start up every few seconds. Looked online and it might be because of the bearing for the fan failing. the other 2 fans in the chain still works. Going through RMA currently and will update the review if necessary. The radiator or the fans, maybe both is slightly taller than your traditional 360mm AIO because my case supports a 360mm AIO but installing this AIO has the last fan in the chain touching the heat shield on the motherboard like if only it was a few cm skinnier the it would have cleared it no problem. I really like the screen so I used double sided tape to secure the AIO but after the fan dying I went back to my 240mm AIO and it looks so much more clean. So this AIO is really for case that has a bunch of head room. Lastly is the software, its more of an inconvenience but every so often after a computer restart the LCD screen either defaults or black screen because the software did not start or defauts. I only need to close the program and start it up again to get everything back but its annoying nonetheless. Edit: this is now getting a 1 star. it hasn't been that long but I have replaced the fans 6 times now, unless you are getting another set of fans from a different company just avoid this product all together. This is not what you want for this amount of money.
