I had a big event coming up and so I went to Selfridges to get some Skims. I tried everything they suggested and ended up with their £70 waist trainer and it was doing something but not a lot. They didn’t have it in black either so I decided to take a punt on this.Wow! I should caveat by saying I have a slim and muscular body type (the Skims trainer was their XXS, this I got in XS) and I know shapewear can work differently depending on bodytype. So if you are on the slim and muscular side and are looking for something to get you snatched all I can say is this worked for me. I’ve only worn it once but it was for 9 hours on the smallest hooks and it was very comfortable, I didn’t have to think twice sitting and eating but it held me in beautifully.I never leave reviews but I was just so stunned at how effective this was compared to other higher end options.

It’s ok. It’s not sturdy like some but for the price it’s good. And irs comfortable. The sturdy ones aren’t as comfy
