I’ve been taking these for a long time now. I do find that they help me with my energy and alertness throughout the day. They are fairly big capsules but for the most part I don’t have any difficulty with swallowing them. I’ve never really noticed any taste with them which for me is a real bonus. With this containing 180 capsules I do think it is good value for money - I have occasionally had pots with one or two empty capsules but this is far from the norm.

I purchased these as I drive long journeys most days. I take 2 every now and then and they stop the tiredness

It’s really good. But if you take medication for adhd you should take only 1. dint have coffee if you take this. It’s great before the gym.

Thought these would be the game changer in my life, especially as I’m on ADHD meds that aren’t very effective, but no, maybe a tiny boost for up to an hour, then back to the usual fatigue.
