Superb honey we pay for what we get a bit expensive as some have 500mgo for £3 less so probably won’t buy again only because of price quality is good but very small tub I mean I can goto a well known supermarket with 4 letters A@@@ and get 100mgo 500g for £4.69 so think I’ll stick to that one but all in all good product shame about price

This is one of the most delicious Manuka honeys I've had. Lovely texture too. Can literally guzzle this off the spoon! Took it due to a cold that started to develop, and managed to keep it really mild… Don't know how much was due to this or the extra ginger I was also taking, but delicious in a hot ginger drink as well!! I just wish they all weren't quite so pricey.

I got this because of gastritis, and it is soothing, but sometimes the herbal slightly bitter notes is just too much for me, I’ve ended up going back to squeeze honey which I know isn’t as good for u but just struggled. Wish I would have tried a lower MGO to start with but I heard anything lower then 300 wasn’t worth it, I would try lower if you’ve never tried it before

I make a warm drink with a spoon of this honey and Bee Health propolis drops. It smells and tastes like normal honey but a bit more caramel-sweet. Recovering from a really bad case of laryngitis and sinusitis last week that took me out 5 days out of work, which I’ve never done in my entire working life. Just finished my antibiotics course yesterday and thought I’ll drink this every day as a sort of backup. I had 2 drinks today and feel quite good. Not sure if it’s because of the drink or I’m just suddenly getting better quickly. But this is something I’ll be using for a long time to come. Drink is pleasant and Manuka honey with propolis is surely a good combo for fighting or preventing upper respiratory illness. There is no UMF number on the jar but there are websites you can google to convert MGO to UMF in any Manuka honeys, and a 325+ MGO honey is rated UMF 11+ FYI UMF 10 to 14 is considered mid grade suitable for therapeutic levels of anti-bacterial activity such as immune support or soothing sore throats.

Just love my manuka doctor, i have been taking it for a few years now & i will never stop!

1st jar was only +50 MGO multifloral...seemed beneficial, this 2nd jar is +325 MGO MONOfloral I'm hoping it is even more beneficial, if not atleast it tastes OK!
