Product Description Review: The watch fell apart within months & HORRIBLE CUSTOMARE CARE! - My fiancee loved the watch when it arrived, it looked beautiful and glamorous. But after two weeks, the latch began discolouring. After 7 months, one of the little decorative black button on the knobs fell off; and after 18 months, the watch was no longer working! Since the watch was under warranty, we tried to send it to Miami, but they did not provide a return authorization and suggested to send it to the closest headquarters in Toronto. We called the Toronto office and they did not provide a return athorization, but suggested to ju "send i" the watch with registered mail. We did; but after two weeks the watch was returned, because the authorized dealers had moved, and GlamRock had not updated the address oo the web site. NO ONE has accepted responsibility and the client service is not responding to emails any more. Why spend so much money on a GlamRock watch when the quality and the service is below the china-cheap knockoff! I am terribly disappointed with the quality and the service and will never buy a GlamRock again!
