some fault
The product worked super well up u til it started to have issues and started malfunctioning. I had it for a few months and then the start button started to act up. It would still grind the beans after having to click the button a few times but then it officially stopped working. I took apart the pieces that came out and made sure nothing was broken but it still wouldn’t budge. Really upsetting because it was a good grinder when it worked. UPDATE: The company reached out and sent me a new grinder replacement! Wonderful customer service!

Quiet, Powerful, Easy to Clean
After doing quite a bit of research for a small, quieter blade grinder, I found this gem. I’m more than happy with this purchase. It has 30 settings for course to fine grinding. I adjusted the grind to come out perfectly for my Cuisinart drip machine (stay away from the grind and brew machine due to cleaning hassles and only one grind setting). The video I took shows the noise level with no coffee beans, but it’s virtually the same with beans. I like the removable container, because it’s easier to dump the grounds into my coffee maker and then clean with soap and water. With other small coffee grinders, you have to tip the entire machine upside down to get the grounds out, and cleaning is more difficult. All the rage in grinding coffee is with a burr grinder. I’ve tried those, and they are difficult to clean and there is more waste due to coffee ground residue left in the burrs. If you’re looking for a solid grinder at a reasonable price point, this works great!

Updated - Didn't Even Last a Year
I think I've had this grinder for about 6 months now and its held up great with daily use and I do love the removable grinding cup that is easy to wash when I need to grind spices or something other than coffee beans. My only complaint is it doesn't do a course grind very well for coffee beans. I've ended up turning the grind setting down so low I have to pulse it to grind the beans to my desired coarseness. If I turn it up so it auto grinds it comes out way too fine for a French press, which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Hopefully the manufacturer will work on improving that feature. Update: 06/15/25 I've had this grinder for less than a year and it has completely stopped working! I would downgrade this to 0 stars if I could. I would think a 25-30.00 grinder would last more than 10 months! Especially since its just been used about twice a day to grind coffee beans.

Great...AND quiet!
I absolutely love this quiet coffee bean grinder! If you're someone who enjoys a peaceful morning, you know how annoying loud grinders can be. This one is super quiet compared to other grinders I’ve used. I can grind my beans without waking up the whole house, which is a huge win for me! Aside from the noise level, the grinder performs beautifully. It’s fast and efficient, grinding beans evenly and consistently. If you're looking for a grinder that combines quiet operation with excellent performance, this one checks all the boxes. It's definitely made my coffee routine much more enjoyable! Highly recommend for anyone who values a quiet start to their day!

Solid
Solid for the price. It sometimes won't start and I need to empty and make sure the blade isn't stuck but can usually get it to go without much effort.

Grind to level of perfection
I needed an herb grinder, for rosemary, onion, garlic to grind them up and use them as spices. This grinder is perfect for that. Set the size you want to grind and push the button, it stops once completed. Great for coffee beans too. Wish I would have ordered this item months ago, rather than wasting my money on smaller ones. This grinder is perfect for the jobs I need completed. Highly recommend. Easy to clean, quieter than expected too. Quality of product is on point too.

Quality product, simple to use!
I can’t remember how long ago I bought this but it’s been amazing. It hasn’t given me any issues, it’s simple to use, and it looks pretty. Bonus points because it doesn’t show fingerprints so I never have to wipe it down.

Worked great, until it didn't: Less than 1 year!
The general idea is great: timed grind, removable/cleanable cup, inexpensive....BUT, after working perfectly fine for 10 months, the timer and turning off have stopped working. Now, to get the grinder to stop grinding I have to physically unplug it from the wall socket. A real safety issue if you expected it to turn off on it's own and walked away. I will be looking for a similar design by a more quality brand. Reading other similar reviews, you should probably spare yourself the time and frustration and just buy a better grinder in the 1st place. Lesson learned for me, but hard to pass up a seemingly good deal. Shardor, get your quality together! Couldn't return to Amazon, since over 1 month. A waste of materials to make this thing essentially disposable. Missing my Krups grinder that worked consistently for over a decade, and foolishly gave away thinking this Shardor was a step up. More like a step back :(
