I have been cooking for about 47 years. I usually replace my frying pan about once a year, getting whatever the new and improved version is at the time. Never again , If needed I will buy this pan again in a heartbeat. It is soooo non stick, actually able to wipe it out with a papertowel no matter what I've cooked. I love that the handles don't get hot, no need to hunt for a pot holder . It has a great extra handle to help lift and pour ( that does get hot) . It's very heavy duty and well made, extra bonus is a pour spout, how convenient and helps make things alot less messy. I will probably buy this as a gift for my daughter

I LOVE this pan. I have used it several times already. I have a 12" pan - different brand- that I wanted to replace with smaller 10" pan. This is truly non stick. I did season the pan when I got it per directions. I keep my gas on medium to a little lower. Everything glides without sticking. I made delicate things, like fish - stays intact, browns nicely, and made fried eggs no stick and even turned them over with no problem. I did use a spritz of olive oil before cooking anything. Be sure to use no metal utensils. I wasn't sure what pan I wanted - I asked ai and this is what they suggested. Reasonable priced too. And so easy to clean. Just wiping out with a paper towel cleans it all but I do use a little detergent and water. You can't go wrong.

I purchased this pan in hopes it would truly be nonstick and it is! I have used the pan three times thus far it does not stick, even with burned cheese on the bottom, eggs came out perfect and slid right out, and my pan casserole couldn't have been better. I cooked chicken breasts and they came out nicely browned and tender. It cleans easily without having to scrub at all, and thus far has been scratch resistant with proper utensils. It does not warp and the bottom is not uneven, as other reviewers have mentioned. It is a good weight and the lid has a small hole for steam to escape, which I appreciate. This pan is a steal. Highly recommend.

This deep frying pan is fabulous. It requires seasoning prior to use to give you a non-stick surface. To date nothing that I’ve cooked sticks to it. Cleaning is extremely effortless. I’m strongly considering buying more items.

I have had this sauté pan for just about three years, and it's still going strong! I was recently looking at skillet reviews on Consumer Reports, and honestly, this one gets a better rating on Amazon than any of those, plus it's much cheaper, and the nonstick coating still works extremely well. Additionally, I have never smelled any sort of chemical odor like with PFAS cookware (e.g., Teflon). I only hand wash it, which is a little bit of a pain, but that probably helps keep it like new, and when so many of these expensive pans only have a one year warranty for this still to be working like new after three years for a modest price and being chemically safe (as far as we know) makes it an unbeatable choice. Finally, it works perfectly on my induction stovetop.

The pan is distinct looking, more so than the other standard dark brown-gray non-stick pan color. It is speckled and unique-looking. The faux wood handle is cool though evidently fake. I like that there are very few seams and nook/crannies that collect food debris, burnt stuff that makes it hard to clean. As noted in the description, the pan walls do not have rivets for the handle which makes cleaning this pan much more enjoyable. No more burnt schmutz around the rivet getting brown and nasty. The non-stick works well, I cannot complain about it. I like to turn my flame up to medium -high to almost high and it has held up without turning color on the cooking surface. It also has not gotten tacky/sticky from high heat use so far. Only time will tell. I will report back if it gets bad. We use the pan for stir-frying, making bacon, warming tortillas, pretty much everything. Nothing has stuck and it hasn't turned color. After much cooking in it, I will occasionally fry an egg without oil and it still comes out without sticking, though nothing makes things crisp up like a little oil in the pan. It seems to handle everything like a champ. It can go into the oven with moderate temps in the 300Fs. I haven't tried that yet, however. The lid fits well and works nicely. It has a round knob that screws into the lid so you do have to contend with the occasional loosening screw. I do prefer the metal U-shaped handles because of that. The drawback of the u-shaped handle is that you cannot lay the lid flat on its back like you can with the flat top round handle that comes with this one. It's personal preference. The pan is also lighter than my cast iron (as most pans will be) and we tend to use this more for everyday cooking though for searing meats and hamburgers, nothing beats the infernal heat you can inflict upon a cast iron pan. Overall, the pan seems much more high quality and unique than some of the common non-sticks out there. We are pretty rough with our cookware since they are used a great deal, so I will report back in a little while. It's a nice versatile pan for almost all of your cooking. I would get two for multiple uses at the same time, if it were not for my cast iron skillet.

Easy clean up, cooks food evenly. Read the directions as it needs to be seasoned after washing, and never on high heat. Nice pan, I would buy again

Buying another -- perfect size -- easiest to clean. Our "go to" pan for everything. I don't like to have to assemble anything, but this was so easy. Very sturdy... no issues whatsoever. We've used for a vacation rental, and it has held up very well.

We bought this pan to add on to the set we were purchasing from Sensarte. We've only had the pans for a couple weeks now, but so far they have performed exceedingly well. They're great to cook with, as non-stick as I have every experienced, heat up quickly and evenly and cool down quickly, too. The wooden (faux?) on the pan makes for a really classy look, too. Another thing I like about this pan is it easily fits into our shelving unit. Sensarte has a similar model that has wooden handles on both sides. It's a great looking pan, but it wouldn't fit into our space. This one is perfect and surprisingly light for a good sized pan.
