This has been a great addition to my workout routine! I purchased when I went from dumbbell to barbell hip thrusts and KAS bridges. It provides good cushion to keep the barbell from digging into your hips and is super easy to use. I love the design with the grippers on the inside and velcro closure. This has been helpful to keep the pad from sliding off. I have been using it several months now and it has been very durable. It seems well made, so hoping it lasts years. The price for how well made it is was on the lower end. If you're doing barbell hip thrusts or KAS bridges, I highly recommend this pad!

It works awesome, fits nicely, I love that it has gripy parts, keeps the pad from spinning. Thick enough for hip thrusts, and it covers the center "smooth" part of barbell, so no guessing if it's in the middle of the bar! Good price for quality.

Life saver in the gym! I use it for the smith machine, barbell squats, and barbell hip thrusts and no longer am in pain the day after from the bar. I love this barbell pad! I use it only for hip thrusts and it’s been great, there’s not pain in my hips when i use it. It’s the perfect thickness but not too bulky. It fits in a jansport backpack for reference. Super easy to put on the barbell and take off.
