One of the best makeup products in my makeup box

I honestly think this has to be the best foundation ever. I have spent so much money on foundations. I have oily/combo skin and I like a full coverage foundation that is long wearing and lightweight. I have an issue with most foundations that aren’t matte that they basically slide off my face by midday and I’m an oily mess with patchy makeup. For years, I’ve been using Too Faced Born This Way 24hour matte foundation which is really matte. I’ve been on the hunt for something a bit more lightweight that would work better on my textured skin. As I’ve aged (39) matte foundations have started to accentuate my fine lines and pores and I’ve wanted to find something that looks a bit more natural. Enter Tir Tir cushion foundation. I am honestly blown away by how beautiful this foundation makes my skin look. It blurs pores, doesn’t settle into fine lines, it’s lightweight and lasts forever. It’s so convenient for travel. You can wear it without a setting powder if you want a nice glow or lightly powder for a more matte finish. This foundation also works so well as an undereye concealer. I have troubles finding a good concealer because I have genetically dark under eye circles and I also have fine lines that make most concealers crease. I was using Tarte Shape Tape which has amazing coverage but I was finding it made my under eyes look dry and the formula can be hard to work with because it dries so quickly. Well this Tir Tir foundation works SO well as a concealer. I’m so impressed. This foundation is amazing and it’s going to save me both time and money as well. Absolute Holy Grail foundation. No joke. Give this foundation a try. UPDATE: I had a previous update here where I took a star off because the foundation dried very quickly in the compact but it seems this was only specific to that one compact so it must’ve not been sealed properly. I have not had that issue since so I’m returning my review to a full 5 stars.

Fantastic product, it does have some transfer and will transfer to clothes. This product was a little dark so will get a slightly lighter shade next time I order. The coverage is about a 4/5. But the best part of this product is that it seemed to help with a breakout of spots I had, so even when not wearing it I was complemented for my clear skin.

A lot of products don’t live up to the hype of social media, but this is one I can truly say does. From the jump, I was blown away at the coverage. You can take it from minimal to very full coverage; it’s a very buildable foundation. It’s not cakey whatsoever. No matter if you lay it on thick, it’s not going to cake up on you. I’ve never seen a cushion foundation in all my years of being an influencer that came close to this with its coverage and skin likeness. A little tiny bit goes a super long way, and you’re able to cover your face with the tiniest amount. Make sure you use the pad correctly, though; dip into the product and tap out on the backside of the sponge holder. If you don’t, you’re going to have way more product than you need, which will actually be detrimental. The only thing about this foundation that I didn’t love(and it wasn’t truly a big deal) was The texture -how it felt sort of tacky for about 10 minutes. I guess I expected it to dry down faster than it did, But it plays extremely well with every other cosmetics From other brands….. I see now why everyone is reaching for it. For me, someone with combination skin, it did still transfer somewhat under a mask, but that was without using their settings spray. The transfer was still less than with other foundations, but also still notable. I am going to get their setting spray and see if that makes a difference. If it does, I’ll come back and edit this review. I’d also love to try their milky toner , BUT-anyways, yeah if you’ve been debating this, debate no more and go ahead and grab it. It’s definitely in my top five of all-time foundations. Top three if we’re getting technical. ❤️
