Useful, good to use to identify your luggage too.
Used them on a trip recently for my luggage. They worked great, no issues with breakage, etc. However, the strap is a little lightweight and seemed to "stretch a little", I could see where the strap was somewhat wavy after I took it off my suitcase. To be fair, only one of the two did that, the one I used on my soft sided suitcase and I pulled it pretty tight. It did stay on and do the job it was made to do, keep my suitcase together during baggage handling. I will use them again and the stretch doesn't seem to have harmed the strap. The one I used on my hard sided case did not stretch.

I use these straps to create shoulder straps for football seats for bleachers with all the other things my wife and her girlfriend needed to carry I used these straps to create shoulder straps so their hand are left free for jackets and other items

Excellent! These straps do the job....they add strength to the bag and are quite helpful identifying your bag at the airport, etc.

DO NOT BUY! Design Flaw- does not work.
Straps on both were sewn such that they twisted, making it impossible to tighten securely. Disappointing product defect. I even took to my taylor and they would need to be cut and re-sewn, compromising the integrity of the strap.
