Strong Hold, Clean Spray, and No Clogged Nozzle
This spray adhesive is exactly what I was looking for. The bond is incredibly strong, itโs easy to apply, and the nozzle hasnโt clogged once. I also appreciate that it doesnโt leave sticky residue all over my hands like some other spray adhesives do. If you need a spray adhesive with an aggressive, reliable hold, this is the one. Iโll definitely be buying it again.

Worked great for car headliner .
I used to make custom speaker boxes, and have laid felt on pool tables in the past. I have always used 3M products to work with. Just a little background for you. This spray glue was smoother and it set nicely on a car headliner I just did . The glue spray was perfect. It wasn't to stringy and the spray pattern was consistent. This is a better product than I remember using . If only it was this easy to use back in the day. For a car headliner that measured over 60" wide and 79" length I still had 1/4 of a can left . The headliner looks great and I have no reason to believe this glue will turn loose any time soon. Great product great price !

Very aggressive adhesive
Excellent adhesive! Grabbed insulation immediately, held it in place now sagging. Very impressed Make sure you attach material correctly immediately...there is NO "sliding anything in place". Glued product stays exactly where you pit it.

The advantage of this new nozzle is easy cleaning, but the build-up of adhesive on the old nozzle wasn't that problematic.
UPDATE: 3M did come through with a refund, they did not come thru with a solution for the problem I was having, or instructions to help contend with the new sprayer, they were more into appeasement (which is not a bad thing). Anyway I found something new out on my own. I twisted the slot horizontal, which was counter intuitive for the left-to-right-down-right-to-left zig-zag movement pattern I was going to make with my arms. It was just a try on my part, a curiosity. I got a very satisfactory result, and had that been my original experience I would have never authored this observation about the new spray tip. I presume, but haven't tried, that if I turned the slot vertical that spraying up-down-down-up would go better (again counter intuitive). I change the review from 2 to 4,holding back on the 5th star because 3M could have explained better on the can, or packed the can in a retail box with instructions, or created a YouTube example and pointed to that on the can for the sake of brevity. To leave the customers to find out by means of serendipity how to work with the new tip was asking a lot IMHO. Even now it's not too late for them to instruct the public with what they had in mind instead of waiting for the public to guess what design engineers had in mind. My 2 ยข ORIGINAL REVIEW: The most recent can I received had a new kind of spray tip. Instead of the typical aerosol spray head (a small round orifice) this had a t-shaped protrusion out of the nozzle that had a slot in it, and you could turn this slot to be horizontal or vertical (see pictures). It's a terrible implementation! The old spray head would put out a thin, consistent, and predictable cone of spray. In short you just had to be careful not to spray beyond the bounds of what you were applying it to The amount was very thin, minimalist, but very effective and drying quickly. This new head didn't spray reliably in horizontal or vertical positions and movements of my arm back and forth or nearer/further did not help control it. What came out of the T-nozzle instead of being a thin predictable coating was something that looked more like it was trying to create that silly string spray kids play with. I ended up with voids in areas I would have formerly covered reliably/predictably, and other areas where it was piling on and up three-dimensionally with too much adhesive. 3M sounds like they're going to credit me, and while that fixes my wallet it doesn't fix their product. Between the two fixes I wish they'd fix the product. This new nozzle might clean at the flick of a fingernail, but I managed to keep the other spray head clean, and with that former head I could get the adhesive applied perfectly, now I don't have that, or a solution for it.

sticky fingers and stuck on good
I initially purchased this to keep my 3M Thinsulate stuck to the van walls. It works GREAT!!! I only needed one can. In fact I used the can for other projects too, like gluing lino to bike trays for the van conversion.

Definitely overpriced, but great quality
Sticks well, hardens like a rock. Way overpriced for some spray glue, even if it is good quality. Be careful and spray in a clean area. Some little spatters got outside of my cleaning area and hardened to the wall, floor, and electronics. So.. yeah that's not coming out without damaging the surface. So be careful when you spray. Good thing is that I stopped the project halfway through and picked it up again days later, and the spray worked fine. No hardened gunk around the nozzle to render it useless. Just use your fingers and wipe it clean if you stop the project. Also keep in mind the spray pattern will change a bit after you use more than half the can and won't spray so clean and straight. It gets weaker and you have to practically shake while you spray.. but it will work til the end.
