Is the mask for the baby game made out of cardboard? And is there anyway to order more stickers?

We had add one more fabric eye mask into the game now. so there will be 2 eye masks inside the pin game as our picture show. And now we had add the quantity of the pacifier stickers already. totally there will be 54 pcs of pacifier stickers for more players.

Does the poster say "where's my pacifier?" like the picture or "where's my dummy" like most review post?
