After approximately seven months of normal use, I observed that the bag has been damaged near the handle, making it difficult to use.I attempted to visit the nearest Safari customer service for assistance; however, I was informed that the customer service office has been shifted from the Indore location, which has made it challenging for me to claim the warranty benefits.It is disappointing to see a branded product sustain such damage within a year of purchase. I kindly request you to assist me in availing the warranty service or provide an alternate solution to resolve this issue.I am attaching relevant photo of the damaged area.
