I’m a big fan of the more natural ingredients, especially compared to other nasal spray. And I like that the whole family can use it (the option to buy multi-size packs is helpful here). I find that if I use it regularly, I experience less symptoms. Specifically referring to allergy symptoms here. During allergy season (for me, Spring and Fall), I try to use morning and night. Doing so really does keep some symptoms at bay. If I experience any congestion or even other allergy symptoms (like itchy eyes), if I use this very quickly after symptoms start, they subside much quicker. I also sometimes use this before going to sleep for a few week’s stretch here and there, and I breathe deeper through my nose while falling asleep.
