Astonishing colour, flavour and sweetness!
I've used good quality Hungarian paprika before, and it is astonishing in colour and flavour. It also has a secondary effect of thickening sauces, just like flour. This particular paprika is as good, maybe even better, than those I have tried before. Of particular note, it is surprisingly sweet in taste. If you are making a goulash or pörkölt this it is an essential ingredient and should not be used sparingly. It is also great for adding colour and sweetness to many other dishes. If know all these things already, why are you reading reviews and wasting cooking time? Go order this paprika and get in the kitchen! And pour a glass of Bull's Blood while you're at it!

La paprika ungherese di Kalocsa è la migliore, dolce o piccante, o in versione dolce affumicate o piccante affumicata. Tutte molto buone, con un sapore intenso. Le confezioni di peso maggiore spesso sono più convenienti. Per conservarla in dispensa, ricordatevi di travasarla subito in un contenitore preferibilmente in vetro e a tenuta, per proteggerla da eventuali piccoli insetti che tendono a contaminarla.
