Electric Scooter Adults, Electric Scooter with Seat, 500W Motor, Up to 25 MPH and 25 Miles Long Range, 36V 13AH Battery, 14"" Pneumatic Tire, with Rear Box, Black

I bought this scooter for my little brother, since he can't afford a car just yet. He uses the scooter to go to work, and back, but after a week of using it, it stopped working. It was fully charged before he went to go to work, only for him to come back an hour later, telling me it stopped working on his way to work. He turns the key, but the scooter doesn't even turn on. Not sure if the battery on this thing shorted out or something, but I'm returning this for a refund.

I like the fact that it is foldable and easy to charge. It runs great. I use it to commute to and from my job and local stores. I purchased the product and after 3 weeks the scooter wood not turn off. I have to disconnect the cord to the egnition to turn it off. I had purchased a warranty for the scooter and found that I cannot have it repaired in the USA and I could return the scooter for a full refund or keep it and take a partial refund. I decided to keep the product, however I am now having to get a new charger for the battery because it quit working. This is poor equipment as I believe there are defective parts to the scooter and to the charging equipment.

I own two of these one was from another provider but this on it’s been 3 weeks and now the battery does not keep a charge as long anymore and barely at all and when I got it the scooter would go up to 28 mph but now won’t go above 20 if that and the other one same brand still holds a charge and still goes almost 30mph

Bought this scooter less a year ago and the battery doesn't work. Tried to contact company as it's still under warranty and they didn't respond.

My husband loves it, was better than what we expected 100% recommended

Can someone contact me from this company . Finally want to use and won’t start .

well packaged seems well built arrived with no power and would not charge poor response from Amazon hard to understand fast talking foreign representative on the phone no help from the manufacturer good for downhill use only good luck navigating between the seller the manufacturer and the distributer complete waste of my money

I initially ordered the scooter for my grandkids. I received it, went for a ride and it was mine. I will be 65 in two months and this is the most fun I've had in my entire life. I try to ride everyday. I ride around my neighborhood and each round I'll say, this will be my last time and when I finally make it back home, I'll pass my house up and keep riding. My grandchildren will ask to ride and I'll say ok. And as soon as I come back around, I'll keep going. My husband, children and grandchildren all ride it. I cant wait to wake up each morning so I can ride my scooter. So dont wait, I highly recommend it. You are going to enjoy yourself.
