JML Copper Stone Non-Stick Durable Anti-Scratch Frying Pan 28cm

Absolutely brilliant pans, this is my second set (first one was seven years ago and only replaced because lid handles perish over time) nothing sticks, cooks evenly, all round fabulous.

These pans are smaller than my previous pans which I had for over 30 years! So, I am not sure whether these sizes are the new normal, or whether they are just this pan set. So, I have not thrown away my old set just yet. Saying that these pans are surprisingly good. Heat distribution is good. I have found certain foods can slightly adhere (pasta for example). But, a slight soak easily lifts these. I like the look of these pans. They are lightweight. The colour is good and the handles look better than seen on the website.

The best pots I have ever purchased, they heat well, my food tastes better, and I love the non-stick. Brilliant to wash with no scrubbing. Very sturdy and has a solid weight to them.

Urged on to research frying pans I thought cast iron or titanium 5 ply to be the best. The prices ranged from £38 to £120 which I was prepared to pay. But then I read the reviews which usually said the pans were sturdy but the food sticks. So, then I came across this part copper frying pan made by the ubiquitous brand JML. It was as cheap as chips but the reviews were brilliant. I have found it good as a pan but it did not react well when I cooked fish in milk. I tried soaking it with washing up liquid first but the food debris wouldn’t shift. Reluctantly I had to use something abrasive on it. Apart from that one incident, it’s a good little pan.

This JML Copper Stone Wok is a decent quality and surprisingly lightweight option for home cooking. As long as you carefully follow the provided care instructions, it proves to be a reliable and non-stick pan. The dynamic heat distribution is effective, and the wood-effect handle is a nice touch. However, the one downside is the overly colorful design, which may not suit everyone's kitchen aesthetic.

Bisher ist die Pfanne 1A! Sieht exakt so aus wie auf dem Bild. Es existiert übrigens auch eine sehr ähnliche Pfanne von DecoExpress (mit dem Unterschied, dass sie ein wenig heller ist), die ich auch erworben und bewertet habe. Deswegen ist die Bewertung sehr ähnlich! Optik: Die Holzoptik und das Muster der Pfanne machen einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Auch die besondere Form des Deckels, also dessen Griffs, ist sehr schön und auch praktisch, da dieser selbst stehen kann. Auch der Rand in Kupferoptik ist sehr interessant. Ist bestimmt ein Highlight in der Küche! Qualität: Die Pfanne hält die Versprechen vom Hersteller bisher ein! Wir verwenden jetzt bedeutend weniger Öl, wenn auch wir nicht komplett darauf verzichten, da es mit Öl auch etwas schneller geht und es auch etwas besser schmeckt. Anbrennen tut nichts mehr, und abwaschen ist ein Klacks! Auch der Wärmespeicherboden ist praktisch, er wirkt aber keine Wunder. Trotzdem hält er länger warm als normale Pfannen. Ich vermute, er dient auch als Ersatz für den nur 4cm dicken Boden! Pfannkuchen sind damit echt ein Knaller! Es ist ein tolles Gefühl, Pfannkuchen ohne Öl zu machen! :D Auf amazon.com gab es Leute, bei denen die Pfanne nach 2 Monaten kaputt ging. Falls das bei mir auch eintritt, werde ich die Bewertung selbstverständlich abändern! Gruß Sebi!

das klebt einfach alles fest. habe mich leider blenden lassen. ich würde sie nicht wieder kaufen, muss sie wohl entsorgen...
