Eye opening health ring
The fit is perfect from the size kit. Been wearing for a solid week and have only taken it off a few times to throw on the charger while showering (wasn’t even below 50%-just figured why not) and the ring still hasn’t died. Shipping was extremely fast. So far all of my sleep, cycle, heart rate, temp, possible fever, steps, and stress all track. It’s really nice to be able to see a detailed screen about everything in my life and what I go it is based on. In addition, it’s nice that it also imports all this data’s into my Apple health app. It’s convenient that it monitors all from one place without me having to start anything or wear multiple devices. I still wear my Apple Watch for workouts just because I don’t keep my phone on me- the ring will pull the watch data and import it-so not losing anything. I love the gold tone, not fading or get scuffed up. I saw some reviews mentioning the ring got hot, mine has never even gotten warm. I’ve been asked about it multiple times since getting and complimented. All features function exactly as mentioned IMO! No subscriptions is a HUGE plus, but there are some add on you can pay for monthly (only one right now)

Love love love
I absolutely love this fitness tracker. By far the best I've ever tried, and boy howdy, I've wasted well over the cost of this one on other, pricey, name-brand garbage. It gives you much more accurate data from your steps, to sleep, to heart rate, ect. It actually looks great and is durable and of course waterproof. I certainly recommend getting the sizing pack for a dollar before you buy, so you don't have to deal with pesky returns, and get to see what all the ring finish options are. I picked a shiny gunmetal and was a bit scared it would scratch easily, but absolutely not! It's the best purchase I've made all year!

I thought this would be the best purchase.... I thought wrong. Here's why:
I want to preface this with beginning how excited I was about this ring. I thought about it for months on end until I finally decided it was time to buy. I could not wait for this ring to the point that I checked the tracking every single day for this shipment!I do a lot of activities: trail running, hiking, rock climbing, bike riding, and walking my high energy pup! I was excited to get this ring to focus on daily step count and sleep tracking specifically. I also wear a Garmin Forerunner watch ,so I have some data to compare,First, when buying this ring, I wanted to make sure I followed the ring's charging/ battery suggestions to get the most out of my battery. it was great at first, then about two months in, the ring was continually dying and taking 3-4 hours to charge. I also do not put the ring on workout mode because of the significant battery power it takes to run the ring on workout mode. So, if you are using it to track workouts, it is not something I would endorse to buy. I would recommend you to buy a Garmin or even a step down, just an apple watch.Next, the count step is extremely off. For example, today I went on a 4.5 mile hike. My step count on my Garmin watch is currently at 11,456. My ultrahuman ring is at 6,021 steps. A slight difference in number is one thing, but nearly a 5,000 step difference when I have been wearing both of the devices all day is outrageous. Also, if oyu ever lose this ring, the chances of you ever re-locating it is slim to none. I have left my UH ring in my bedroom and tried to track it from my living room (and I have a very small house) and it could not locate or connect to the ring, let alone anywhere from afar. An apple watch/ airpods would be able to give you a better reading through 'Find My.'Finally, I worry about how long lasting this ring could be for a consumer. I would say this has no longer then a half life of 3-4 months, meaning that you would need to buy a ring more then just once a year. At that point, I could think of many other ways I would rather buy the newest, most expensive Garmin watch that would last me multiple years, or maybe see if the Oura ring would work better. It seems at this time, the UltraHuman ring looks better then the Oura, but the Oura out-performs the UH ring. I would preferably pay a subscription for the Oura ring then to worry about when I will need to buy a new ring.Ultimately, this is so unfortunate as I was looking forward to this purchase. I have contacted the UH support team with no resolution other then to let them know next time I charge my ring to 100% and when it gets to 10% (keep in mind- letting the ring drop to 20% is against their recommended charging suggestions), and to make sure the ring keeps getting updated.

research before buying, still worth it!
I've had the ring for a bit and I have some thoughts!POSITIVES- lightweight, you barely feel it- great stats -- sleep stats + workout mode + period tracking are really really accurate! also the stress monitor + HR- an incredible amount of workouts that help you pick the best or most accurate choice for the one you will be doing- stunning finish and color- waterproof is great- actual ring size is super accurate to the sizing kit!NEGATIVES- scratches fairly easily- battery life needs a lot of improvements. I alternate between turbo + chill and battery lasts around two and a half -- three days- sometimes the app syncing takes a bit.- does not have a "you might be getting sick" warning like other products do- you can't be too far from your phone when working out because then the ring won't track the workout properly. I find this to be very annoying. My ring also randomly died after two and a half months it literally would not connect to the app and I could not troubleshoot it. UH customer service was great with replacing, but it does make me hesitant to continue recommending this. Do your research before buying! My experience has been pleasant, but proceed with caution.
