I ordered this strike pad for my 8 yr old granddaughter to practice her Taekwondo with me at home. It's the perfect size for kicking, hand strikes, knees and elbows. Easy for me to hold, durable, absorbs strikes well and holds up for kids of any age. Great value.

Great set for the money!
The pads seem well made, and my son and I enjoy using them. I also bring them into his taekwondo class and let the entire class use them. So far they've held up very well! I'm impressed for the money.
