Then I tore them into small pieces, added some red dates and goji berries, and cooked them on low heat for about 40 minutes to 1 hour. The soup turned out thick and smooth, and the tremella became soft and silky. My whole family loves it, especially my parents-in-law. We really enjoy it and will keep eating it. Love it!

I bought this dried white snow fungus for making soup at home. When I first opened the bag, the tremella was light yellow and hard to the touch. After soaking in water for just over an hour, they expanded significantly, turned soft, and became white in color. I was honestly a bit surprised. After soaking, I tore them into small pieces and cooked them with red dates and rock sugar. The texture was smooth, soft, and tasted great! Perfect for everyday use. I will buy again.
