Easy To Assemble
I’m not good with tools, and a model that mounted on a wall was too much for me. I was able to view a video, and while there were some hiccups, I got it together by myself. It’s not especially sturdy, but it’s not hard to move and for the money, I’m pleased. The net tore almost immediately, but I can live with that. I am updating the review, about six months later. I thought the base of the unit wasn't sufficiently weighted, so I set a 40-pound bag of salt on it, which I ended up using during a snowstorm. When the weather warmed up, a strong wind blew the unit over and bent the hoop beyond repair. I tried calling two numbers the company provided, but no one answered, and when I tried to leave a message, the mailboxes were full. However, I sent an e-mail, and I was pleasantly surprised to get a quick response. They only required the order number and a picture of the damaged piece, and they sent me a replacement, no charge and no additional requirements. Not just the hoop - they sent an entire new unit!

Great for your future NBA star!
We bought this for our three sons who are suddenly interested in basketball. It’s a good value for the money, stable and portable, and easy to adjust. We didn’t want to spend a lot of money and this was just right. Now they play with it at least an hour a day.

Not Shatter proof!
I bought this a little over a year ago and the “shatter proof” backboard has already shattered, the net hoop is long gone, and it constantly falls over even though we put cement n the base. I’ve been trying to find a universal backboard kit, but they all cost over $100 and I paid less than that for the entire hoop! Do not waste your money on this!

Works decent in Northern, IL. It did get caught by the wind so the rim has been bent but the hoop itself is easy to assemble and is nice.

Summer fun
Love the goal . This is definitely something that can grow with your kids as they age. I store mine in my garage vs leaving it outside. It’s light weight to move , the kids love it . Definitely a good investment for the kids.
