Really nice adapters. Used them on my Ham radio HT's so my BNC antennas are interchangeable. Worked on all of my radios with no issues.

Excellent Fit & Look on Kenwood TH-D75
I am slowly but surely replacing the standard rubber duck antennas on my most important ham radios. While doing that, I'm also starting the process of switching them all to BNC. This is because, if you're going to be swapping antennas, and I am, you want it to be easy. BNC. I've already got a similar connector going on my Yeasu FT3D and I needed one for my Kenwood TH-D75 (and, when I get an antenna for it, the Icom ID-52). I picked these up. Perfect fit on the D75. They look great. BNC connection is good, if a bit stiff (yeah, it is stiff, but I've got two other types of these things, and they're stiff too) to remove the antenna, but hardly a show stopper. Overall, very happy.

Should be standard.
The BNC connection is robust and should be standard on HT’s. These were used on my Retevis RA89’s. Work great!

Great for Use With Uniden Home Patrol Scanners & Offshore Ham Radios
These little adapters are GREAT to have around for using the now (mostly) older BNC antennas on equipment having SMA male connectors. The Uniden Home Patrol I & II scanners and many offshore HT ham radios use the SMA male connector and these adapters are small and discreetly blend with the radios with the black color, allowing easy use of some of my older and well performing BNC base portable or whip antennas.Well worth the minor cost to have on hand or in a 'go kit' for those times you don't think you'll need them!

Looks good-electrically broken as made
Do not buy. Appearance on outside looks like power coated black paint with hard glossy finish. Interior of metal shell has the same paint on the internal SMA threads and BNC sleeve. This effectively breaks the ground/shield from one side of the adaptor to the other. Might work in receive only application, but for ham antenna with LC network in the base this broken connection will degrade the antenna tuning.
