This is a beautiful product - people who have seen it regret not having the same model. Its easy to secure to the wall an is operational very quickly. The colour changes add a nice amiance to the room and add to the feeling of warmth. This together with the attractive flame effect reduces the need to actually put the heat on. I would definitely recommend this product.

Wanted an attractive electric fire that was practical too. Arrived 2 days after order. Very easy to install. Flame effect is very relaxing. LED lights give the room a good atmosphere and enhance your mood. Quiet. Even with heat on, once the TV is on you forget the slight hum. Great value for money.

I researched different electric fires for weeks before I made this purchase. I was looking for something white, modern and something that would fit into a small space. I didn’t want to spend a fortune because I knew it was more for decoration than for functionality. Not only does this fire look good, it also warms the lounge up in around 5-7 minutes depending on the temperature. The lounge is large and our old fire never warmed it fully. I like that when the room reaches temperature the fire cuts off, and cuts back in again if the room temperature drops. It does not cost a lot to run, and I can see us using it a lot more than I initially expected. I have not used the timer feature yet, but I am sure I will at some point. I ordered it on bank holiday Monday and it arrived on Wednesday. It was well packaged with just a small tear in the outer box, which I think must have been caused in transit. I am so happy with my purchase and would highly recommend.

Totally love this fire it looks alot more expensive than it is,it looks stunning in our new living room:-) excellent service and easy to fit, all controls are in top so away from little fingers! The front doesnt gt hot when heat mode is on so safe around little ones, you can use flame effect and back lighte without heat another advantage!

What can I say? I give this wall mounted electric fire 5 star as it arrived on time. It took two people to put it up on the wall but it was as expected. I loved it so much, I don't want to turn it off. It gives you that warm lovely glow in the living room. As soon as you enter my lounge, you will immediately notice the lights on the side and the fire effect! Thank you to those who invented it and the people who sold it! Again thank you Amazon for selling such an amazing piece of equipment! More power to you!

The look of the fire is very nice and the effects are very cozy. But unfortunately there are a few major flaws with this product. When using just the flame effect there is a low humming and clicking noise which is totally unacceptable and very very annoying. When using the fan heater this becomes completely overwhelming as regard the noise it generates even on the low setting. Also which I think is quite dangerous😱 when in automatic mode with the temperature set the fan engages to heat the room there is no indication on the display that it is on. Also the timing facility is a complete and utter waste of time who on earth is going to set a 2 kilowatt fan heater to come on automatically 😯 to me that is just dangerous because it has the facility to be turned on unattended. The trouble is when you remove your old one and fit the new one you are sort of committed otherwise I would have returned this product. It makes quite a point of this being British 🤗 if this is the best we've got to offer don't bother. Complete waste of money. When I say that the noise is so annoying it is so annoying 😵‍💫 . I actually turned the TV off the surround sound system off trying to find the source of where this low hum was coming from only to find it was the fire in just display mode without the heater being on. Purchased this as a visual centerpiece and not for the heating facility part of the product. The quality is fine it's just in operation being so noisy. Trust me do not purchase this product. Addition to the review above, I stripped the fire down and the small motor that rotates the led effect roller seems to be the problem. I unmounted it and isolated it with rubber washers because the fire is acting like a soundboard. Fingers crossed this seems to have cured the annoying sound issue. It's not completely gone but very very hard to hear the motor running now. Why this was not done from manufacture I do not know mounting the motor directly to the carcass is silly.

Beautiful fire. It looks very pretty after dark. The fan heater is a little bit noisy and I would have preferred the heat to come from the bottom of the fire rather than the top. As it is a white fire I expected a white flex too but it is actually black. However, overall I am very pleased with my purchase . Delivery was good too.
