I slam my sandbags around a lot, and after a month and change it shows no sign of damage so excellent performance so far. I filled it with coal slag (my favorite filling material since it slides on itself like mini bean-bag filling, and makes for a very dynamic bag), which is slightly heavier than sand so I can't speak to the accuracy of the weight to fill capacity, but with the slag its lovely; just a little loose, and I could get another ten to twelve pounds worth in there for kicks. A great bag, and I'll be snagging at least the 70, 100, and 150 as my training protocol intensifies... ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very good bag *by on Reviewed in the United States 3 May 2026* Honestly, really good starter bag.
