Best Air Fryer
Excellent air fryer. Very even heating and cooks food evenly. Does require 120V so you may need a transformer if not in the US.

I hate kitchen gadgets, but love this.
I have always resisted getting an air fryer because I have a convection oven. I have a family of five and a typically sized air fryer only allows you to cook a small amount of food at the same time, which certainly would be more work to have to make multiple batches of chicken, potatoes, etc. When I saw this air fryer I knew this would be the one and all the positive reviews and videos online confirmed it for me. I love the large size of the cooking pan and that is top and bottom heated. Some of the reviews were focusing on the app that you can pair with the air fryer and getting access to additional settings. While I did pair the app with phone, you really don't need it. I have been using this for a few months and I basically just cook everything on 400 degrees and let it do the magic. The app actually does work really well, but I dont bother with it, except that it will be send me a notification when my food is done, which is kinda nice. They are not trying to get you to subscribe to monthly fee or anything like that so don't let the app jazz sway your decision. I considered getting one of those multi-functional counter ovens that does basically everything, but not one thing very good. My logic is if I want something to be "air fried" I have to find the best device that can do this and I think the key is the top and bottom burners. I watched some online video reviews and the multi-functional counter top ovens don't fry as well as a dedicated air fryer. We like to make chicken cutlets and our old traditional Italian method was flour, egg, breadcrumbs and then fry in a pain with olive oil. Our new cheat code method that is so easy and less calories is soak thinly sliced cutlets from the butcher in buttermilk for a few hours. Then we go from the buttermilk to panko breadcrumbs and spray with olive oil (we use Olivia pump sprayer) and then you cook for 10 minutes and it's done. We can do about 5-6 cutlets at once and even if we do 2-3 batches, it's so easy because you're not dealing with messy oil. Now don't get me wrong, fried cutlets in olive oil are delicious, but I swear you wouldn't know the difference, especially if you put on a sandwich and then put some sauce and cheese for chicken parm. I also make a lot of potatoes in the air fryer and my fave is making crispy red potatoes that I then use in a frittata. Again, no deep oil frying and they come out delicious. I do hate kitchen gadgets but this is not one and we use it at least 2-3x a week. It's a big boy, but not hard to lift and we keep ours in the pantry when we're not using it as it does take up a lot of counter space and sorta looks like a flying saucer :-D. The last thing I'll mention is cleanup which is so easy. It's all no stick inside so all you have to do is give it a quick rinse in the sink. Nothing really sticks to it so you can wipe it out, wash with a blue sponge and soap and you're done with cleanup.

Excellent high end Air Fryer, highly recommend
We splurged on this and are very happy with the purchase. Whether any air fryer could be worth this price is one question. There is no doubt this appliance is well built with high quality materials and components. Due to the premium nature of this beast, the result is a device that is easy to use and clean. The app is required to access certain features/presets of the AF, but is not necessary. The cooking performance is exceptional, and assuming your counter/space has enough clearance for this, it should satisfy your cooking requirements and then some. The low profile design seems to result in a more even cook throughout. Chicken, salmon, and various veggies, and frozen mini pizzas have come out oh so good. I don't love being somewhat tied to an app, but it performs very well once you have it configured and remote notifications are obviously welcome. It won't pair with more than one device but you can setup the AF with one account and share that account with other users. Will update this review (hopefully) over the years as it is an investment. Whether it is worth the price tag is up to you. The cook in our family swears this is "much better" than the previous AF (Instant Pot), and she uses the AF daily. The Dome 2 Is a champ for large, low-profile loads. We wouldn't bake or air fry a whole chicken or turkey anyway, so the low profile design is not a constraint for us. It was definitely a splurge/luxury purchase but no regrets, keeping in mind this costs 2/3X more than "what most people need", ourselves included.
