I don't no if there the BEST but they do work, I only take them at a certain time of the month.

Did this product change because last time they had it for weight loss and different cover , or is it the same ?

How long does this take to work?

You can start seeing a difference later the same day. I take regularly. Be sure to keep yourself hydrated though. Seems counterintuitive to keep drinking but you need the fluids and it helps flush out where you are retaining.
