Review: Worth every penny - I had to think hard about getting this cookbook. Because I'm newly gluten-free. And I thought the cost was expensive. However, when I got the book, it is worth every penny. They have bonus QR codes for a bread and a air fryer cookbook as well. They have great information at the beginning about different ways. You can blend flower and definite ingredients. You can add to make things seem like the gluten version, the recipes are fantastic. I tried one for breakfast this morning and loved it. I know there were some complaints about the pictures in the printing. But to me, it's all worth every penny. I would highly recommend getting this cookbook. Review: Good - This book has so many options for recipes. This will definitely help in learning to be gluten free with my husband.

Many good recipes and nice layout.
Hmmm, nice presentation but not many recipes to my liking. The ingredients are tiny and difficult to read for me but may be fine for younger eyes. Some ingredients besides gluten do not agree with me. I appreciate the bery nice layout. I have two other bookslike this but the formats make no sense. Like another reviewer I don't get the 2000 days of recipes unless Bonus adds alot more. I will return this book because of my limits but I will say it's got some good sounding recipes and a nice easy to follow layout.

Best GF Cookbook I have found so far
Definitely one of the truly gluten-free cookbooks. I have bought several that claim to be gluten free and/or high protein, only to have to go through the trouble and expense of returning them. Writers you know who you are. Definitely ask Rufus if the recipes contain AP flour or real gluten free flours like this book. The has been the best book i have found explaining differences between GF flours and how to get your baking like using AP flour.

Nutrition included
Looks really good so far although I've only read the recipes. I'll convert cups to grams, but I'm really pleased nutrition information has been included.

Gluten Free Cookbook: 2000 Days of Easy and Flavorful Recipes to Manage Celiac Disease, Cut Gluten
Overview: I picked this up because a family member recently started eating gluten free and I wanted recipes that didn’t feel overly complicated or full of specialty ingredients. After flipping through it and trying a handful of meals, it feels more approachable than some gluten free cookbooks that almost require a second grocery trip just to make one recipe. The recipes lean practical instead of overly trendy. Likes: There’s a good variety of meals, snacks, and desserts so it doesn’t feel repetitive after a few days. I liked that many ingredients were things already sitting in the pantry instead of expensive specialty products. The instructions are straightforward and beginner friendly without assuming you already know gluten free cooking tricks. The photos are also helpful for getting an idea of how dishes should turn out. Dislikes: With this many recipes, some naturally feel stronger than others and not every dish was something I’d make again. A few recipes still rely on gluten free substitutes that can get pricey depending where you shop. The layout can feel a bit crowded at times and I wish nutritional information was included more consistently. If you’re already experienced with gluten free cooking, parts of the beginner advice may feel repetitive. Overall: It’s a useful cookbook for people starting a gluten free lifestyle or wanting easier everyday meal ideas without overly complicated prep. The recipes are approachable and realistic for busy households, which I appreciated. Not every recipe is a winner, but there’s enough variety here to make it worthwhile overall. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars Amazing. Blew my mind and I’d buy it again without hesitation. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars Really good. Works well and I’d happily recommend it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars It’s fine. Nothing special, nothing terrible, just does what it should. ⭐️⭐️ 2 stars Below average. It kind of does the job, but I wouldn’t buy it again. ⭐️ 1 star Absolute rubbish. Didn’t work properly, felt cheap, and I’d warn people away from it.”
