This toaster oven rocks! I've had 2 Oster French door ovens that were slightly bigger than this go out each after a couple years before deciding to purchase this oven despite it being slightly smaller, and I'm so glad I did! I can actually fit more food since I am able to actually stack trays in this one with out the top burning on one, and the bottom burning on the other. It cooks so evenly, I'm impressed! And the air fryer actually air fries unlike the Oster! Also, being a ninja I'm sure I'll get way more years out of it, especially as my parents own the smaller version of this and it's been many years and still running great! Wish I had bought it sooner!

We bought this a few weeks ago after our second toaster crapped the bed after a year. Decided I missed having a toaster oven, so far this has replaced our oven for the most part. We are a large family; 6 kids. I have been able to make pizzas for the family obviously not all at once but I made 2 at a time and I didn't have to heat up our house when it was 90 degrees outside. My kids love that I can make baked potatoes a few nights a week for them in this. The toast and bagels come out great each and every time. I don't find this unit a hassle to clean thus far. We have made sweet potato fries, that are nice and crispy. It does take up quite a bit of counter space which is a small downfall however I consider this a secondary oven and I love it so much. It's easy to use, controls work well, the versatility is amazing for us. Being a large family I can make one thing in our oven at one temp and supplement the rest of our meal using the air fryer/toaster oven for the rest. Our electricity bill hasn't budged since utilizing this unit daily either so I love that too! I read so many reviews and debated buying other products but am so pleased I decided on this one. So far we absolutely love this and am excited to continue to use this and see what else she can do!

Bought this to replace our old smaller ninja that flipped up for storage. It was too small to fit much in so wanted this larger version. So far it works great. We’ve used air fryer for wings, roasted veggies, made toast and cooked numerous things in the oven including baking a cake and it worked great for all that. It’s definitely larger and takes up more space. It is a bit loud too but not annoying at all. So far so good. Anxious to try a whole chicken in it soon!

There's a lot to review here! Overall, we are quite happy with the item. There are a lot of pros and some cons. PROS: 1) It's big. It can easily do French Frys for four. 2) It cooks everything evenly. With heating elements located at the top, bottom, and in the back by the fan, there is no need to flip, shake, or rotate. 3) It has two-level cooking; that is, fries can be done in one basket, and chicken nuggets can be done at the same time in another basket or pan. 4) It is relatively quiet. 5) The preheat time is only 90 seconds. 6) Since it's Ninja and has been around for a while, there are some good accessories available. Now for the CONS. There are a few, but they don't distract much from the overall rating, maybe minus one star. 1) The outside stainless surfaces are easily soiled by fingerprints, oil, etc. 2) All of the exterior surfaces get hot!! This is the biggest con in my opinion. 3) The function buttons are a bit hard to read, especially the secondary functions of slice and shade, but I'm 82 years old. 4) The preset functions may or may not be suitable for some users. For example, for a nice brown toast, I need the shade setting at the highest level, 7. The preset setting for bagels at 4 only browns the edge of the bagel. Overall, an excellent unit. Its very large capacity, coupled with its versatility, is outstanding. It cooks, toasts, and airfries everything very evenly once the user finds their preferred setting.

I really love this appliance! So nice to bake in this instead of heating large oven! Dehydrates nice and also have used it as toater and of course air fryer! Easy to use!

So many functions! And all work well and serve different purposes. Lots of extras came with this oven and I'm thrilled with the purchase. It does get hot in the back so make sure you have some space behind the oven and the wall. It feels ginormous inside and it's extremely convenient when you want to cook more than one type of food at the same time.

I am quite pleased with the few things I made once I recieved it. Cooking times and temps need to some tweaking, olive oil DOES cause quite a bit of light smoking on roasted chicken-so yes, use avocado oil! After you clean oven carefully with recommended products, make sure it's wiped out as much as possible, then 10:00 min on bake at 350 F will burn off any remaining residue. Nice little oven! Got off Amazon for 50% less than Best Buy. Thank you Amazon.
