Let me make it clear that the PROBLEM IS NOT THE SELLER, BUT THE PRODUCT. My native language is Portuguese (Brazil). In addition, this year I completed 43 years as a software developer. That said, I bought the product to help me read books written in English to improve my vocabulary, thinking it would be more practical than the way I have been using it. The product's hardware is great, it scans quickly. However, the interface and experience (UI/UX) offered to the user is AWFUL!!! It is not at all intuitive, it is not logical, in short... a product that could be great, with an interface that hinders the user more than it helps. For those who want a very superficial experience, it may help. For those who want something more practical, faster that really helps with productivity, forget it, don't buy it. After 2 hours of trying to get the best out of this product, I gave up, it is useless simply because the software's UI/UX is limited and horrible. It is not worth wasting any more time. I am returning the product immediately.

I really like this scanner. I've tried a few and I can say that this one is the best. It doesn't require perfect scanning to read the text properly, plus it's easy to use and can be used by both right and left handed people...Great product!

An excellent device but the Bluetooth won't connect to my laptop

Long time to load up, from switching on. Uses good for uses around house & out shopping or to read short sentences. Other uses good for translating, but these can be found on other devices that are e as sier to use. Specific use can help if used regularly.

I've been using the Scan Reader Pen for a few weeks now, and it's quickly become an indispensable tool in both my professional and personal life. The recognition feature processes text accurately, allowing me to scan passages from textbooks, newspapers, and even labels on the go. After each scan, the device reads the text aloud through a clear touchscreen interface.

Negativ: Umständliche Umstellung von Chinesisch auf Deutsch bzw. Englisch nach jedem Einschalten. Kleine Schriftgröße der Bildschirm-Tastatur und noch kleinere Grösse (3 oder 4) im Katalog, defacto nutzlos. Positiv: Gute Genauigkeit bei der Schrifterkennung.

Istruzioni in italiano enesistenti ho chiesto aiuto al venditore senza ricevere risposta , letteralmente assente come assistenza, ho dovuto passare una giornata per capire come funzionasse ed ancora non ho capito un granché so una stella ma se si potesse ne dare 0

A ne pas acheter car ce stylo n'est pas conforme au descriptif. Je l'ai acheté pour mon fils qui a besoin d'aide pour lire. Au final, le stylo scan mal, lis très mal et prends plus de 2mins pour lire; Lis comme un robot avec beaucoup d'erreurs et avec un fort accent.

Guter kleiner Übersetzer, die Deutsche Anleitung könnte verbessert werden. Die kleinen Bildchen im Display sind mit Chinesischen Schriftzeichen erklärt. Die Bedienungsanleitung müsste ausführlicher sein. Sonst alles bestens.
