We tried multiple avenues to alleviate our daughter's gas, and nothing worked. Unfortunately, this included. The wrap itself is similar to a burp cloth with velcro. Maybe it works for other infants, but we gave it a month and decided this was one of those items we shouldn't have bothered to buy. I feel like the price is steep, but we would have paid anything for something that actually worked. When it was on, it continued to ride up, and could easily cause issues while sleeping if on the outside of clothing.
