WacoalWomen's Visual Effects Minimizer Bra

Fabulous Fit in size 42 G
Like most/many women who buy minimizers I have a larger chest. I wear a size 42 G bra. I've tried a few $20-$30 highly rated minimizers, over the past two decades, but have never been personally '5 star' satisfied. So, I did a little 'google' research and decided to try a Wacoal bra. I ordered both this bra and the $50/prime Wacoal NON-plus size minimizer. Both were a size 42 G. To further put it in perspective- I wear a size 16-18 shirt/top.I tried on both- one right after the other. I found this plus size version to fit much better and the cut more comfortable. I work 12hr days & this bra was PHENOMENAL all 12 hrs. When I took my shirt off, after getting home, my boobs were in the same EXACT place I had finagled them into 12hrs earlier. No pooching or scootching whatsoever!I guess my left boob is slightly larger (as it's not readily obvious) because in my other (Bali) minimizers it would somehow find a way to 'top surface' and cause the dreaded- boob within a boob pooch. As attractive as this might be in a push-up bra I did not expect or want it in a minimizer. Especially so, considering it was only ever a one-sided event! Even after 12hrs of work- much to my delight- 'Lefty Lu' was still in her assigned place with this bra.I'm a believer. A new found Wacoal girl!A few other tidbits as to how I plan on forever keeping 'Lefty Lu' in her place. Since, to date, I don't have a money tree in my backyard I plan to only ever hand wash this bra with a salad shooter as my secret cleaning weapon :).I read all about the how to's. NEVER wring out...lightly pat dry between towels and lay flat on a sweater rack to allow complete dry.Seriously, though- it's worth the money to keep such a good fit and feel in the best shape possible. FYI: I read about a salad shooter as being one of the best ways to thoroughly and gently clean a bra. It's better than hand washing alone and just as gentle.Good Luck Friends!

Nice bra, not the best minimizer
So I've been on the hunt for the best minimizer for a few years now. I wear a size 34 DD, but I'm petite and a minimizer puts my bust more in proportion with my body frame. So I've tried 3 different Wacoal bras. My favorite and the most effective at minimizing is the seamless slimline. I've purchased this same bra many times and wanted to switch it up and get one the was sexier looking but still a minimizer so I purchased this one. While it's a nice bra it's effectiveness as a minimizer isn't too great. I will return and stick to my trusted and true seamless slimline

34 H/color Nude
Great fit and comfortable! I naturally have huge breast and finding a bra that will actually minimize, has been hard until this wacoal bra. I often try to hide breast bulging under my clothes and by far, this one works wonders for me. The best I've purchased. My measurements are 34 H cup, 32 W, 44 hip. Wear the bra now today and after 8hours it's still comfortable with so much support. I will be buying the black one next.

Had to kinda give it some time.
My favorite minimizer Wacoal style bra has been discontinued--hard to believe. So, I had to find an alternative and got this style. Fit kinda tight at first. I almost returned. Waited a week and tried again--it fit more like just a new bra. By the end of the day, the bra felt 'broken in'. Or, I just adapted to the new fit. Anyway, the fit looked more like the model in the picture and looks great under t-shirts. Two weeks later, it is one of the best fitting bras I have had since my breast got large. Not as good as the old style, but...

Bring back #85122
This bra was suggested as an alternative to wacoal #85122. This bra is awful and nothing like #85122.The mesh lining rubs your nipples raw and develops holes quickly. The wire does not continue the entire length of the cup resulting in side spillage. It has stretch straps that somehow still dig into your shoulders. It is a flimsy, cheaply made, scratchy material. My quest continues to find an alternative to the discontinued #85122

Stretchy and saggy
Cheaply made for an expensive bra. I've been wearing Wacoal bras for years and thought I would try this style. The material is so thin that the band across my back rolls into an uncomfortable thin strip. The bra straps are very stretchy and they cause it to sag, not hold me up.Very disappointed

Great bra for 38 H
This is my second bra of this style. I had the black and needed the sand colored one. It's smoothing. It doesn't poke your underarms. It covers well, no double boob. New favorite for larger sizes.

I’m a 34G and have the worst trouble finding bras as most of us with a big bust do. This fits me very nicely and works as a Tshirt bra. Pretty comfortable, about as comfortable as a supportive bra could be (which is not that comfy). The only thing i dont like is the look. NOT sexy, cute or flattering. Looks much better on the model than me, lol. However it looks very natural under clothing. And it fits, so that’s a blessing and im keeping it.

fell apart!
initially was very impressed with this bra - have bought items from wacoal before and had a good experience. after a few months of regular wear (not everyday wear, taking care to handwash it correctly etc - I take care of my bras, they are expensive and provide me a great service!) the underwire popped out! bummer because it is hard to find good bras in my size and it was a pretty one but what can you do. was expecting better from wacoal.

Actually fit better than expected - have a hard time finding right bra and had ordered several less expensive ones but this one is the one that worked for me (so ordered several in the end).

Light, breathable and comfortable bra
It’s the most comfortable bra I’ve ever worn. So light and breathable. I’ve bought Wacoal bras before and find the band too tight so instead of my usual 38DD I ordered 40D and it fits perfectly.
