Has a really good warming effect which helps with aches and pains. Downside is that it has a really strong medical type smell that lingers for ages, particularly if you get it on your clothes. Only needs a small amount to be effective so the tube lasts for ages, making it excellent value for money. I will recommend it but just bear in mind the smell issue may be a problem for some people

Love the small of this stuff, and it seems to sooth my frozen shoulder. Especially good value when you buy it on the subscribe and save. It's easy to use, you just apply it to the affected area. I like the smell, but it can be quite overpoweringly medical , it's not subtle!

Deep heat is my daily need this brand is the Best quality & Amazon has decent prices... I like how it sometimes gives me a little light relief from pain when applied to my painful back & side pain... It does take a few minutes to start to heat up but the heat level is not too bad & works ok...but that's because my pain is really bad but am sure if used on less pain it would work a treat 😅 The smell is pretty Strong so be aware it can linger for a while, but it's not a bad smell just powerful medicinal kinda smell & really easy to apply, it is a thick cream kind of consistency.

I have chronic pain issues and this is the best thing i've found to take the edge off of it. Heat is my best form of pain relief, even better than medications as i have no effect from most of them. (Geez thanks body) I order these in bulk as i go through so much. The 100g tube is the most cost effective. It does get all over your hands and make them smell. But i quite like the smell as i associate it with feeling better. Most people don't need much as a little goes a long way. This means you get a lot of uses out of a tube. Although if you're experiencing widespread pain all over your body your eyes might water from the smell. But between a bit of eye leakage and more pain i prefer the eyes watering. It's not to extremes and if your using it regularly your eyes will get used to it and this effect will reduce. While i do want to try the roll on version to stop having to have it all over my hands that version is significantly more expensive. So this is fine. It's not that big of a deal for me to have deep heated hands, just then my hands get pain relief too! You can use this under a compression brace or similar and then theres 2 forms of pain relief in 1. Hard to build up a tolerance to but i do occasionally swap to deep freeze for a week or 2 just to be safe as i have heard of some people finding the effect is less after repeated use. But this hasn't happened for me. Dont fold the end of the tube over when half empty or the metal will split and it will start to go out every so often. But even if this happens it's just a tiny dot on the outside, it doesn't constantly seep out.
