This holder is very sturdy and easy to use. I can attach or remove it with just one hand, and it has never fallen off while I was taking a shower. However, I recommend removing it after each use because mine once came loose during the night and made a noise when it fell. Overall, it works very well and feels secure during use.

We needed something to hold onto our handle showerhead and make it lower for our kids. And this worked out perfect.

Wanted this to work as the cheapest option to lowering the shower hed water line as its 7 ft high and wanted a waterpik wand and this would have provided the ability to have a hand wand and mounted wherever we wanted which was at a 5 ft level for shorter people to shower after cleaning the wall thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol as directed and letting it dry a good 30 minutes follow the video instructions to mount it and after the Waterpik wand was sitting in it it loses suction and falls off the wall after 5 minutes also the Cradle does not fit a waterpik wand you have to almost jam it in there and it then only goes in halfway so this item really isn't a fix to use a water pick one so FYI.PROS - great finish, seems heavy as if metal in it.CONS -1- doesnt stay on porcelain shower wall tile2- neck where shower wand sits is TOO SMALL, Waterpik wand WILL NOT FIT.

Stays exactly where it’s put.In fact it’s a little tough to take off to use sprayer by hand. It’s more important that it stays in the wall

I am using this on an Acrylic Shower wall (very smooth and flat) which is ideal for a suction cup mount like this. I've used similar products on less smooth surfaces and they tend to fall off. This prevents drilling and allows repositioning if necessary. For me it allows having the sprayer within reach of the shower seat. Life saver when the act of standing up causes pain.

Fell off after 3 months. Cleaned and prepped the area again and it stayed on just fine. Went to use it and it’s no longer adjustable. Not sure what happened but it was great while it worked. Will be ordering another from other vendor(s).
