While I do not expect to wear these in 95 degree heat, I find them very comfortable and good weight for the 60-80’sfor me here. I travel to NC in the winter sometimes, and I have a pair of very comfy, thin long underwear that I can wear underthese and extend the wearing to anything but 95 degrees. This is an incredible pair of joggers for this price. Well, worth it to me.Fit me perfectly. 5’4’ and 155lbs. I bought an extra large. I wear a size 12-14 in jeans. I have not washed them yet. But I would turn inside out, wash on gentle and cool. Air dry. Then put in drying with a wet wash cloth to get any wrinkles out (if there are some).And then turn right side out.
