So far, I love this hair pomade. It is light, moisturizing to the hair and scalp and has a wonderful aroma. If you are tired of using 2 different pomades (one that really works for home but smells awful and one to wear out that does little yet smells fabulous) you are on the right track with this one. Size may seem small, however, it only takes a little to fill the need. After 3 weeks, I still have maybe 2/3's of the jar remaining and I have used this every single day since I received it. I have very fine, very porous Black American hair. I am feeling good about this product and will edit my review after I have used this a little longer. Update: I am continuing to love this product. My hair is very soft and well moisturized. My hair is growing longer. I am looking more for density so I am still awaiting for my hair to thicken. However, I will take the lengthening so long as I can maintain moisture, softness and the experience of that wonderful fragrance. I ordered my second jar this morning, althoough I still have about 25% remaining. I don't want to run out and this is ithe holiday season. If you are considering this pomade, try it. I cannot promise you the same results I have gotten and who knows your results may be even better. Hoever, I will update again in a month or 2. Happy Holidays!

Very good product does well on relaxed hair and natural hair!

I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but I could not resist this one. My back story is that I have always had a healthy head of hair until a phony hairdresser who claimed to be reputable, ruined it and after years of trying numerous hair products/gimmicks/hacks that have failed the test, I finally took a chance on ordering this product. I can honestly say that within days of using this product my hair has grown...ALOT and continues to grow, not to mention, I'm receiving so many compliments. This product is light, has an herbal scent which is non-offensive and leaves a nice shine without my hair feeling greasy. I love it so much that I've ordered an extra one for myself, sent another to my mother and I'm spreading the word to all of my friends!!

I like the pomade, the ingredients is what convinced me to try. I took two stars off due to the ingredient list having an ellipsis. Most companies understand that an ellipsis indicates that there is either an omission of words or an incomplete thought. The ellipsis is displayed multiple times throughout the ad and on the label- so it comes across as if all of the ingredients aren’t listed. Besides that, the ingredient list itself is great, the grease is light weight and smells nice. I like how it has lemongrass in it - lemongrass is so soothing. I believe that I will purchase this again, hopefully the company will update their labels (besides the ellipsis, the word ‘hokum’ is misspelled, it is supposed to say Kokum) - I believe with an updated label- they will bring more customers to this product. UPDATE: I used this with Qhemet Scalp Balm and Camille Rose Cocoa Nibs (I apply the balm or oil - first and then I apply this grease about 30 mins after), I used this at night for a week, and I have sprouted some new growth - this works great and it soothes my scalp and absorbs quickly. I would buy this again!

I wish I would have taken before and after pictures because the difference this grease has made in just a few weeks is amazing and I have scalp psoriasis. My hair isn’t dry, brittle or breaking anymore. The bald spots have started growing in. Will continue to purchase

The package arrived in tack and on time. The product itself seems like the company was down to their last. My container was not even full like normal products. It has a very nice fragrance. I’m looking forward to seeing if it’ll help my hair journey.

I bought this to try because I got tired of making my own hair pomade and when I say I am NOT disappointed!!! Its ingredients are exactly what I was using. Its pricey but IT WORKS. ive been using it for about a month and my hair has noticeably grown some length. Going to order the other products as well. Its grease but it isn't greasy, you can tell the authenticity by placing on a finger and watching it melt,my hair feels softer and thicker.
